Her extensive sales and marketing experience has contributed to the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns. Her solid foundation in organizational development, marketing and investor packages, and knowledge of how to use technology to improve individual/organizational performance, including building blocks of new business from scratch, managing the entire sales and account management cycle, helps with Ayon Design & Build's Sales and Marketing goals.

Khalid has been a real estate investor and developer since 2008. He sits on our Board of Directors and is the Chairman of Finance. He focuses on creating, restoring, designing, repurposing, and inspiring by combining his knowledge of real estate, the area and investment opportunities, resulting in some awesome projects and flips. His projects help contribute to the revitalization of neighborhoods around the Niagara area. His natural propensity towards understanding the market and its dynamics have been an asset to his own investments, as well as for his investor network. Khalid is also a licenced Mortgage Agent and can help his clients with customized financing solutions. Whether reimagining a space and bringing it back to life through flipping or designing a vacation rental, he creates truly stunning spaces.

Nawzad has over 9 years of experience as a motivated Construction Site Supervisor with a broad knowledge base of all construction subtrades and the ability to monitor all aspects of a construction site. He arrives onsite before everyone else and is the last one to leave. He is extremely knowledgeable about building regulations and construction best practices, providing expert direction in all aspects of construction. He is skilled in completing high quality work and supporting daily operational needs for multiple projects. He is successful at managing routine building updates and overseeing contractors. Nawzad is a hard-working, dedicated, and reliable member of the Ayon Design & Build team.

- Ayon - Team Member - Romin Rahim
As someone with 10 years of experience in both architectural design and construction project management, Romin is a well-rounded professional with a range of valuable skills. He has worked on a variety of design projects, from small-scale residential renovations to large commercial developments throughout Toronto and the GTA. He understands the principles of design and have a good eye for aesthetics. He is skilled in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models. Romin's experience in managing multiple construction projects from start to finish has earned himself to be the leader of developing project plans, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control. He knows how to lead project teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. Romin is familiar with Ontario Building Codes and regulations and knows how to ensure that designs comply with these standards. They have experience in obtaining permits and approvals from local authorities and know how to work within regulatory frameworks.
Saeed has been an international real estate investor for over 20 years, with the last 10 years focused on real estate development. He sits on our Board of Directors and is the Executive Chairman. He builds, buys and grows defined real estate projects, and leverages his global expertise, scale and network to enhance performance. His world-class management expertise provides for meaningful access, knowledge, and insight advantages to benefit our customers and partners. His global network benefits our customers, partners and team by providing access to greater opportunities, diversity of thought and best practices. His projects inspire, engage and enrich communities.

Sam is an accomplished and results-driven construction professional with over 6 years of extensive experience in overseeing, managing and coordinating residential and commercial building projects while meeting time and budgetary constraints. He is equipped with a record of success on process improvement, and combines this with his demonstrated abilities to define innovative solutions and methodologies for safe and cost-efficient operations. He uses his influential negotiation skills to mediate contracts and create profitable partnerships. His knowledge and experience with energy efficient products and alternative materials successfully helps to reduce budgets. He is a very valuable asset to Ayon Design & Build.
Zurab holds a Masters Degree in Economics and Mechanical Engineering from Georgia State University and is a CPA Candidate with CPA Ontario. His past work experience includes serving as General Manager for the USA division of Atlacs Electronic System in New York, and as CFO for Mercury Electronic Solutions in St. Catharines. Over the last 8 years he has served the Niagara Region by providing accounting services to local businesses. Services provided include the full cycle of accounting, in-house CFO, and more. Zurab is an innovative and driven Accounting Professional with strong project management skills including maintaining morale, quality assurance, innovation, mentoring and team focus. His extensive knowledge of accounting software and processes is a great asset to Ayon Design & Build.
