Welcome to The Bear Den! We are a full service chainsaw carving business in Carlisle, NY. The Bear Den proudly produces wood carvings, each one a unique masterpiece... With a 10-year background in firewood sales, we were drawn to the art form. We continually strive to produce realistic carvings that "look like they could crawl off the log." We started in 2005 producing bear carvings, table carvings and bench carvings. We specialize in chainsaw bear carvings and other animals native to the Adirondack Mountains region of upstate New York, but we can carve almost anything! Chainsaw carvings from The Bear Den can be found at homes and businesses in Albany, Schenectady, Lake George, and Guilderland as well as many other states and countries, including Canada, France and Switzerland.
