Andrew is Managing Director of Afzelia Environmental Consultants (Pty) Ltd. Afzelia is a BBE Level 1 environmental consultancy firm with 12 years of experience undertaking Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental & Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), Water Use (WUL), Waste Management (WMLA) and mining application processes (Permits and Rights).
Specializing in strategic and urban planning and architectural design solutions.
Chrystal Skead has been active in the multi-family real estate management industry for over 30 years. She has built her career from resident manager to Senior Director with national management companies. She has utilized the leadership and analytical skills which she has honed over the years to create cohesive teams and built national residential management platforms serving BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario.
As a Certified Property Manager® and Accredited Residential Manager®, she has been involved in the governance of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as well as the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) including a role as President of the organization in 2011-12. She was awarded CPM of the year in 2009, achieved her Emeritus in 2014 and the IREM REME Excellence Award - Individual in 2022.
Chrystal achieved her Certificate in Adult Continuing Education with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2006 and subsequently became an instructor for IREM/REIC. She enjoys sharing the bank of knowledge and skills she has acquired by facilitating multi-family management courses as well as seminars she has developed, both in-class and online. She continues to create, customize, and facilitate seminars for the Alberta Residential Landlord Association as well as residential management companies, in addition to continuing to serve clients, helping them create and better manage their residential portfolios in the areas of marketing, operations, and team performance.

David D. Schwalb is a real estate entrepreneur based in the Chicago area. David is President of Schwalb Realty Group, Inc., a firm specializing in delivering unique investment property opportunities nationwide. David works with family offices, private investors and institutions seeking to acquire suitable real estate assets primarily through private channels. David and his colleagues are also well-positioned to assist companies that "make or move products" with finding appropriate operating sites.
In addition, through his affiliate, Schwalb Corporate Advisory, David also serves as a selling advisor to manufacturers and transportation firms looking to sell their operations or assets.
Aside from his dealmaking endeavors, David is an investor in several multifamily assets and is a principal in a company involved in the ownership and operation of truck stops, gas stations and associated businesses. David also serves as a board member and President of the North American Truck Stop Network, a national marketing consortium of several dozen independent truck stops.
Prior to founding his brokerage firm, David practiced corporate, finance, franchise and real estate law at several downtown Chicago law firms.
David graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law with a J.D. and from Boston University with a B.A. magna cum laude with distinction.
In the community, has served on the Board of Directors of The Standard Club in Chicago, the Board of Governors of the University of Illinois Hillel Foundation, Lookingglass Theatre Junior Board, and the Associate Council of the Chicago Emergency Fund. He resides in the North Shore of Chicago with his wife, daughter and son.

Ed Wlodarczyk joined PACE Loan Group in 2022. As Managing Director, Ed brings over 30 years of experience in corporate and real estate finance. Prior to joining PLG, Ed was a Vice President of Dividend Finance, where he focused on the C-PACE market and sustainable real estate finance. His experience also includes senior executive roles at Ten-X, Cushman Wakefield, Transwestern, and Coldwell Banker Commercial. His experience covers structured finance solutions, portfolio/asset management, consulting, and investment banking/capital markets. Ed attended Loyola University, Chicago and majored in business and communications disciplines.

Mr. Langreck is the founding member and Principal at Fox Consulting Group (FCG). He is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA). Mr. Langreck earned his M.S. Nicolás joined Tierra Infinita in 2017 as CEO. He founded the company in late 2015 while at Transwestern, seeking real estate opportunities in Chile and bringing Chilean investors to the United States. Nicolas lived in Chicago from 2008 to 2017, working the whole period in real estate firms. From 2010 to 2017 he was Managing Director at Transwestern where he worked with Chilean high net worth investors and helped them on their investment needs in the United States.

Patricia L. Crumley is the Founder & Managing Principal of KodaC Enterprises, LLC. Over her 30-year career, Pat has demonstrated a proven ability to design and execute business strategies that achieve corporate objectives while mitigating business risks. She has led the corporate real estate operations for Harris Bank/Bank of Montreal and MillerCoors, LLC, and has held senior leadership positions with Cushman & Wakefield and The Staubach Company/Jones Lang LaSalle.
Pat is a recognized leader in the corporate real estate industry with an outstanding track record in both the corporate and service provider arenas. She has worked as a trusted advisor to C-suite level corporate executives in the areas of business strategy, supply chain & logistics, site selection, project & program management, transaction structuring, corporate real estate, organizational development and business process outsourcing. Pat received a BA in economics from DePauw University (Greencastle, IN) and an MBA in finance & statistics from the University of Chicago. She also earned an MS in civil engineering specializing in construction management from Northwestern University and completed additional post graduate work toward a PhD in civil engineering with a research emphasis on corporate real estate project management. She holds the CoreNet Global, Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) professional designation. Pat is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Ohio.
Pat was a long-time volunteer with the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago and the United States Pony Club. She enjoys horseback riding and traveling, and collects Native American art.
