BIYPHOTOGRAPHY

My name is Mister Jackson and I'm a 23-year-old photographer based out of Inglewood, CA. I was born and raised in Inglewood, California. I graduated from Inglewood High School and now I'm furthering my education at the California State University of Chico. When I was around 5 years old, I lost my father due to gun violence. Since then, I had to step up and help my mom out around the house and basically take on the role of "man of the house". I have a little brother that's 3 years younger than me and it's always been important to me to guide him in the right direction. While I was growing up I found a passion for sports, photography, music and motivating/inspiring others. During my sophomore year of high school, I joined a program called ‘AVID' and continued until I graduated. Junior year I met my mentor, one of the greatest teachers, Ms. Yanick Clay.
