Brent Potter

Brent is a Landscape Architect with extensive experience as a residential designer for multiple Landscape Design/Build companies in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Utah. Brent grew up along Lake Erie in rural Pennsylvania, giving him a deep appreciation for nature. Since moving to Utah in 2018, he has dedicated himself to learning the native flora in the region and incorporating them into his wide-ranging plant palette. His responsibilities at blū line designs include, site planning, construction documentation, landscape design, and keeping the office plants in tip top shape.

Cody Brazell PLA

Job Titles:
  • Landscape Architect
  • Project Manager
Cody has a diverse background in landscape and site development projects throughout the Intermountain West. He most recently worked for Woodbury Corporation collaborating with architects, engineers, developers, and property managers from concept to construction to occupancy. Prior to that he worked at E.A. Lyman providing project management, landscape and construction documents, and construction observation for numerous educational, commercial, and institutional projects. Cody has a strong background in landscape and irrigation construction that lends itself to the design of parks and open spaces in various public settings.

Cory Shupe PLA - President

Cory has extensive experience in land planning, community & urban design, and landscape architecture. Throughout his career in the public and private sectors, Cory has been involved in a wide variety of projects. These projects range from some of the largest master planned communities, business parks, and university campus' in Utah to small town main street studies. Whether big or small, every project he has been involved in has a significant impact on the quality of life of those who experience it. Early in his career Cory worked for the Logan City Parks and Recreation Department performing inventories and designs for their park system.

Rob Donigan PLA

Rob has over 20 years of professional design experience focused on park and recreation design from conceptual design and master planning to construction documents and construction observation. He has worked for Parks and Recreation departments across the country beginning his career as a landscape architect for the Colorado Springs Parks and Recreation Department planning parks, trails, and recreational facilities.

Scott Stephens PLA

Scott is a Landscape Architect with experience working on a wide array of project types including planning and construction documentation of college campuses, schools, parks, medical facilities, corporate campuses, retail/commercial developments, churches, and residential developments. Some of Scott's responsibilities with blū line designs include site planning, landscape and irrigation design, graphic support, construction documentation, and construction administration.
