Based in Burlats, France, CALEPINO decided to support the local expertise, to think their approach on an human scale, in a fair way, and to reduce all transport related to the manufacturing of the product. For this, the family business has its artisan workshop installed in a house of the 70s. It is in this place that are printed the notebooks on old typographic presses. The raw cardboard is itself comes from the cardboard factory created at the beginning of the XXth century. Before leaving the workshop, each notebook is individually controlled, then each case is folded and assembled by hand... Notebooks, pocket books and notepads with minimalist design.
