Frank Hwu

Frank Hwu earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles in Psychology, graduating in 2002 magna cum laude. While at UCLA, Frank was a candidate for the UC Regents Scholarship and repeatedly made the Dean's list. He also was a member of Psi Chi, UCLA's honors society in psychology. After UCLA, Frank worked at the Department of Justice until deciding to go to law school. In 2006, he attended UC Hastings College of the Law, where he graduated with a tax concentration while also taking classes in civil litigation and immigration. In addition, he also became class president for the third year class, was a staff editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and was a teaching assistant for Hastings LEOP program. Henry Wang

Henry is an Of Counsel with CHH LAW, P.C. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He then attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he graduated with a concentration in International Business Law and Corporate Law. Henry began his legal career in the Chinese community of the San Gabriel Valley where he represented clients in real estate and immigration matters. However, in the past two (2) years, Henry has focused exclusively in fertility law, specifically in the area of third party assisted reproductive technology. Henry has had extensive experience representing both Intended Parents (IPs) and Surrogates, and have represented his clients from the onset of matching to securing the Pre-Birth Order (PBO) from the courts. Henry is fluent in English, and conversational in Chinese-Mandarin and Shanghainese. In his spare time, Henry enjoys volunteering his time at the local legal clinics. Henry's hobbies include collecting sneakers (with special attention to the Air Jordan 1's and Air Jordan 4's) and attending local sporting events, specifically Los Angeles Clippers' games.

Kevin Liu - CEO

Kevin Liu earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego in Political Science with a concentration in Public Law. Kevin graduated in three years, and took part in various student organizations and activities including UNICEF while at UCSD and the Taiwanese American Student Association. He was also an active member with the Future Business Leaders of America. After working as a legal support staff at a private law office, Kevin resumed his education and attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. At Hastings, Mr. Liu served as a Staff Editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal and took on an active leadership role in the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Prior to joining CHH Law, Kevin worked as an associate attorney at a renowned local law firm, where his practice was focused on general litigation and bankruptcy. Kevin has extensive experience in conducting Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, in addition to working with clients in avoiding mortgage foreclosures. When Kevin joined CHH Law, P.C., Kevin initially was handling solely all the bankruptcy matters. However, as the practice has grown, Kevin now focuses his practice on bankruptcy, family law, and business law. In his spare time, Mr. Liu enjoys running and hiking in addition to playing basketball about four times a week. He also volunteers with local community outreach programs and does pro bono legal work. Pei P. Kuo

Pei P. Kuo earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology. While attending UCSD, Pei conducted intensive research on autism at the UCSD Autism Intervention, Stroke & Psycholinguistic Research Lab. He was also the President and Music Director for the UCSD Beat A Cappella, where the organization provided performances for the student body and the local community.
