Mr Constable trained at Cambridge and Oxford Universities before moving to Moorfields Eye Hospital for his higher specialist ophthalmic training, gaining comprehensive clinical and surgical experience in all of the major subspecialities within ophthalmology, including modern small incision cataract surgery and the use of multifocal and toric lens implants. ...
