Glenn has an immense award winning career which has taken him all over the UK where he developed the skills and reached the high standard that has taken him to Crumlin Road Gaol. From working in the Wellington Park Hotel in Belfast to the Idle Rock in Guernsey and Belfast's famous Europa Hotel, Glenn has mastered the catering industry from fine dining to large scale banqueting. Now head chef at Cuffs Bar & Grill Glenn enjoys working under pressure and has a particular interest in teaching and developing the skills of young chefs. He has created menus which includes something for everyone.
