The Inizio Pizza project is a 2,000 square foot, full service, Italian restaurant located in the Ballantyne area in Charlotte, NC. The project was completed at a cost 40% lower than the owner's initial bid expectation and features hand crafted wood and sprinkler pipe furniture/retail display package and 8,500 lb oven imported from Italy with complex direct venting that was the first of its kind in Mecklenburg County... The Shurtape headquarters' office project was taking an existing building that had, in the past, been four car dealerships housed under 100,000 square foot roof. The interior design represents the young corporate environment at Shurtape... The Dilworth Crossing retail building is located in the Dilworth Crossing Shopping Center just off Park Road in the heart of Dilworth. The 14,500 square foot shell retail building is designed to look like a historic mill building and features a rooftop terrace for gathering. The project features restaurants, retail, and fitness..
