Gareth was also lucky enough to lead the development of a global functional safety standard for one of the largest multinational companies working across a number of hazardous sectors including processing, rail, automation and machine safety.

Introduction: Naim's long-term experience delivering complex engineering projects for Sydney Trains has led to a deep technical understanding of all types of rolling stock and of the operator.
Since 2019, Naim has been the on-board Project Engineer for TfNSW's Automatic Train Protection roll-out, where he is providing assurance that the design meets client requirements and is fit for purpose for all of Sydney Trains rolling stock.
Previously with ATP for three years, Naim carried out Design Reviews for a pragmatic solution for both installers/maintainers and users. Neville was most recently a Senior Project Manager at Wabtec Faiveley Australia (WFA) responsible for managing and delivering WFA's contractual obligations in respect of several significant contracts such as Sydney Metro North West (Platform Screen Doors), Sydney Metro South West (Overhead Wiring of Tunnel and Sydney Metro Trains Facility), Matangi Rollingstock, Millennium/4GT (Brakes, Pantographs) and New Intercity Fleet (Pantographs, HVAC and Doors).
Prior to WFA, Neville worked as a Project Manager at Voith Turbo Australia (VTA) delivering rollingstock projects for several prominent clients such as Downer, Queensland Rail, Bombardier and Railcorp, as well as projects in the mining industry.
