Mr. Minor is the Managing Member of eCAP, where his responsibilities include origination, underwriting, deal structuring and investor relations activities. Mr. Minor has over 30 years of broad strategic, financial and operational experience across real estate development and investment, REITS, financial services and multifamily property management. During his career, Todd has negotiated and closed over $2,000,000,000 of real estate loans. His education includes an MBA in Real Estate Analysis and a BBA in Finance.
