Eastside Business Park is located in Black Mountain and is the home to over 50 small businesses including Pisgah Brewing and more... Former Drexel Heritage Furniture manufacturing plant built in 1926, 1932 and 1967 was revamped and sub-divided into multi-tenant manufacturing and warehouse space from 500 SF to 32,000 SF. The industrial building now houses 40 tenants including Pisgah Brewing, New Sprout, Tryon Distributing, Dynamite Roasting, Saraz Handpans, and Black Mountain Ciderworks + Meadery.
