EDINA PIANO TUNING

Hi, my name is Tia Smythe. I tune pianos in the Twin Cities area and make basic piano repairs. I am a fully-qualified technician with hundreds of happy customers. I have a musical background that includes time as a music therapist, teacher of an introductory musical instrument class with preschoolers, a singer in many choirs during my college years at St Olaf and elsewhere, and a player of many instruments. I have played piano nearly all my life and have been interested in piano tuning since high school when I bought my own piano for $50 and practiced tuning it with my dad's help and some borrowed tuning equipment. If only I'd known then what I know now after formal classroom instruction and countless hours of tunings!
