Dan Long is President and CEO of Entrada Resources. Over his 34 years in the energy industry, he has performed technical and management roles in both domestic and international operations, including the WCSB and the Middle East. His experience includes a broad range of technical and operational roles in reservoir development and exploitation, facilities operations, and reserves evaluations. Over the last 20 years, Dan has been primarily focused on commercial negotiations, acquisition/divestment, corporate development.
He has served in positions of increasing responsibility roles at Amoco Canada, Canadian Occidental (International), Fletcher Challenge Canada, Northrock Resources, and Enhance Energy. Dan has also served as a director TSX and TSX-V listed companies in governance, audit, HSE, reserves, and special committee roles. Dan is a professional engineer registered by APEGA.
Dan Long is the president and CEO of Entrada Resources. His experience spans over 30 years of broadly based domestic and international, including development, marketing, corporate development, and strategic planning roles.
He has served in increasingly responsible roles at Amoco Canada, Canadian Occidental, Fletcher Challenge Canada, Northrock Resources, and Enhance Energy. He has extensive hands-on experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing asset and corporate acquisitions. Dan also has served on public company boards in governance, reserves committee, and special commitee roles.
Dave Pearce is a Deputy Managing Partner with Azimuth Capital Management. During his 30 years in the energy sector, Dave has proven to be an effective leader, senior executive and Independent Director in Canada and internationally. Most recently, Dave was President and CEO of Northrock Resources Ltd. (previously an operating division of Unocal Corp.). Prior to Northrock, Dave was Vice President, Corporate Development at Fletcher Challenge Canada. Dave had several responsibilities including Canadian acquisitions and South American business development.

Mr. Mele is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Partner of Azimuth Capital Management, an energy sector private equity firm.
In addition to being a director of Entrada Resources Inc., he is a director of Altex Energy Ltd. and TimberRock Energy Ltd.. Previously, Mr. Mele was a Managing Director of Global Investment Banking at CIBC.
Mr. Mele has also practiced in the area of corporate and commercial law, with emphasis in the areas of taxation and securities for a Canadian national law firm.
Mr. Christie earned a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Geology from the University of Calgary and has over 40 years of both oil and gas industry experience. Mr. Christie was most recently Vice President of Exploration and Land at NAL Resources, subsequent to that he was Vice President of Exploration at NuVista Energy and at TAQA North (formerly Northrock Resources), and previously held senior geotechnical and management positions at Gulf Canada Resources.
Mr. Christie is a dually registered Professional Geologist and Geophysicist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Mitchell is the Chief Financial Officer at Entrada. Prior to Entrada, Mitchell was Chief Financial Officer at Wyatt Oil + Gas, Muirfield Resources and TSX-V listed Artevo Corporation. He has led Finance departments of various sizes and has been part of teams that have raised in aggregate over $100m in equity financings and $150m in corporate divestitures. Mitchell obtained the Chartered Accountant designation in 2004 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder in 2013. His career developed at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Calgary and London, UK from 2001 to 2009. Mitchell holds B.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Comm. (Accounting) and MPAcc (Master of Professional Accountancy) degrees from the University of Saskatchewan.
Nathan is a Senior Director and Entrepreneur in Residence of the Firm. Nathan joined Azimuth in 2004 and is currently responsible for developing investment ideas, finding new investment opportunities, performing strategic and financial due diligence and working with existing portfolio companies.

Bryant Oliver is Chief Executive, Exploration at Entrada Resources Inc. Prior to joining Entrada Bryant has served in roles of increasing responsibility at Gulf Canada Resources, Northrock Resources and the Villanova Group of Companies. Bryant has over 30 years of experience in Exploration and Development in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

James is the Chief Operating Officer of Entrada Resources, leading the Engineering and Business Development functions. He brings 20 years of diversified experience in managerial and technical roles in reserves, asset development, mergers and acquisitions, geology and EOR projects. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, deal sourcing, negotiation and structuring having been directly involved in $1.5 billion in M&A transactions and equity financings of over $120 million.
Prior to founding Entrada, he was most recently at Gear Energy, where he served as Vice President, Business Development and was responsible for all acquisition, reservoir engineering and geology initiatives. Prior to Gear, he held technical and commercial positions of increasing responsibility with NAL Resources, Alberta Clipper Energy, ARC Resources, Star Oil & Gas and GLJ Petroleum Consultants.
Mr. Lord is a professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a member of the Association of Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Mr. Steckley combines more than 38 years of oil and gas industry experience with technical, financial and investment expertise. From 1998 to 2013, Mr. Steckley was the President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Barnwell of Canada, Limited, an oil and gas company and wholly owned subsidiary of Barnwell Industries Inc., a public company listed on the American Stock Exchange.
Mr. Steckley has been a director of a number of private companies and TSX listed companies. Mr. Steckley is a professional engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alberta.
