Donna Hendrix

I am the Knowledge Management and Learning & Development expert. I was responsible for all aspects of KM and learning including tools, processes and communication for Shell oil company for 17 years. I developed KM and Learning strategies and implemented those strategies for Shell Oil Company globally. Previously, I was based in The Netherlands, Calgary and New Orleans while working at Shell. I was global consultant for the Shell International Global Networks (SIGN), which consist of numerous online communities with a membership of over 40,000. I developed a robust behavioral change toolkit, including assessments and implementation templates to be used for knowledge sharing across all of Shell. I developed and delivered Leadership courses for Shell. I was a certified Lead Facilitator for Leadership courses offered by Shell Learning as well as a train-the-trainer and coach for other facilitators. After leaving Shell I worked in the same capacity for the New York Power Authority, Entergy in New Orleans and CLECO in Shreveport, LA. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, with research focusing in the field of Knowledge Management.

K Shawn McCoy

Mr. McCoy began his career in the financial services industry over 35 years ago. He began his career in Carrolton, Texas working with Federal employees with MetLife. Over the years he has held many positions in the financial services industry including Management Roles, Group Sales, Compliance, and Wholesaler. During that time, Shawn developed and presented public seminars on various financial and investment topics. He also spoke to thousands of representatives and organizations about insurance and investments. Shawn is an experienced seminar speaker and trainer who travels throughout the United States conducting workshops for employees of all agencies of the Federal Government to help them take advantage of the retirement, life, health, and other benefits provided to them by the U.S. Government. Over the last 14 years he has spoken to over 32,000 Federal Employees. Shawn also works closely with local financial advisors to provide additional resources and comprehensive training for those who want to enhance their knowledge of the Federal benefits programs. Mr. McCoy is a former registered representative holding a Series 7 and 63, a registered principal with a Series 24 and an Investment Advisor representative with a Series 65. He currently resides in Shreveport, LA.

Nick Woodward

Nick has worked for 10 years crafting online and offline solutions for clients of various sizes in numerous markets. He is currently working to bring FEBA to the broadest array of potential clients with a website, email blasts, and selective social media strategy. When not working he enjoys skiing, hiking, and many of Colorado's natural hot springs.

Nicol Ray

Nicol has spent the last 20 years working with ad agencies and print houses, all while owning her own business. An out-going, fun-loving person with her attitude reflecting on all of her work. Nicol received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, majoring in Graphic Communication.

Tania McCoy

Tania has spent the past 15 years in accounting and financial reporting for various businesses and industries. Tania received her MSA from Regis University in 2013 and then received her Certificate of Management Accounting shortly after. She is a native of Colorado and enjoys running in her free time..

Wendie Batterson

Wendie Batterson has spent the last years delivering employee retirement benefit presentations to agencies within the federal government. She has successfully explained complicated benefit systems by breaking them down into easily understood learning blocks. She bringing with her over 30 years of experience in public speaking. Wendie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French, English and Education from Grove City College, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Ball State University and a Master of Arts degree in Management-Human Resources from Webster College. She is an active volunteer with Memories in the Making ®, an art program through the Alzheimer's Association, and with Horseback Miracles, an equine-assisted sensory therapy program for at risk adolescents in Colorado.
