Mr. Wolfman began his career as a corporate attorney with Schulte Roth & Zabel, where he focused on structuring and advisory work for hedge fund and private equity clients.
Mr. Wolfman graduated from Emory University School of Law with distinction where he was a Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal, and also received a BA in History from Emory University.
