Anna Peak is a Regional Director with Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler Financial affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real property owners. Ms. Peak initially joined the firm as a Community Manager for Magnolia Preserve, one of the firm's multi-family properties. Ms. Peak was promoted to Regional Director in August 2022.
Brian Fuchs serves as the Maintenance Director for Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler Financial affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real property owners.
As Maintenance Director, Mr. Fuchs oversees the upkeep for the single-family homes under firm management and supervises the capital improvements for the multi-family properties. He works closely with the on-site management and maintenance staff to quickly resolve issues to ensure a safe and welcoming community.
Courtney Rogers is a Regional Director with Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real property owners. She has more than 12 years of experience in property management in the multi-family industry.
Ms. Rogers was a Senior Community Manager for Hampton Place in Perry, GA where she effectively managed and coordinated staff, activities, and available resources to accomplish property objectives set forth by the firm's Executive Vice President. After serving Hampton Place for eight years, Ms. Rogers was promoted to Regional Director in August 2022.
As a Regional Director, she is responsible for coordinating and aiding in facility maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and routinely inspecting properties for damages. Ms. Rogers assists and monitors the development of company policies and procedures related to property management while abiding by current state and local laws. She is also responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of Community Managers, aiding them in maximizing revenue, controlling costs, and increasing resident retention.
Prior to joining Henssler Property Management, Ms. Rogers worked at multiple apartment communities as an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Assistant.
Ms. Rogers attended Central Georgia Technical college for Business Administration. She is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM®).
Daniel Hester serves as the Assistant Controller for Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler Financial affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real estate property owners. He brings more than 19 years of experience in property accounting to the firm.

Dustin Chavis is a Regional Vice President with Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real property owners. He has more than eight years of experience in property management in the multi-family industry.
Mr. Chavis was a Property Manager for Magnolia Preserve in Dothan, Ala., when Henssler Property Management purchased the apartment community. He was retained as the Community Manager for the property, and was promoted to Regional Director in March 2020, where he supervised more than 500 multi-family apartment units across Alabama and Georgia.
Rebecca Shell is a Property Accountant with Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real property owners. She has nearly three years of experience in accounting.
