Aideen Hennessy

Aideen has extensive experience with all aspects of commercial, residential and retail property including acquisition and sale of land for development and investment, scheme set up, development finance, asset management, project management of cross disciplinary and high-volume transactions, general conveyancing, title remediation and compulsory purchase orders. Aideen has acted for a wide range of clients, including institutional and private investors, Approved Housing Bodies (AHB's) developers, landlords and tenants, Government agencies, international retail chains and high net worth individuals. Aideen is an extremely experienced real estate lawyer focused on delivering results for clients. Prior to establishing HOS Partners LLP in 2017, Aideen was a partner in the Real Estate department of Byrne Wallace LLP where she worked for 12 years. Amanda George

Amanda has broad experience advising on all types of property law. In particular, she advises on the acquisition, financing, disposal and leasing of various types of property including mixed commercial and residential developments, shopping centres, industrial and retail parks and greenfield sites. Amanda was also admitted to practice in NSW, Australia in 2015 where she practised as a property lawyer and gained extensive experience advising on retail and commercial leasing for government agencies, major Australian banks and other private entities. Andrea McGill

Andrea is an experienced solicitor advising on domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions. Andrea specialises in the areas of acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, restructuring and refinancing of debt, debt settlements, debt workouts and enforcement. Andrea advises financial institutions, alternative lenders, corporate borrowers and individual borrowers. Helen Flynn

Jane McCarthy

Jane advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property including high volume acquisition of residential properties, acquisition and sale of commercial properties, commercial leasing, title remediation and licensing law. Jane represents a diverse range of clients including investment funds, Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs), developers, landlords and tenants, investors, publicans, retailers and private individuals.

Louise Forrest

Louise has specialised in construction law since qualifying as a solicitor and was previously head of the Construction and Procurement team in ByrneWallace, a leading Irish commercial law firm. Louise has developed a particular speciality in non-contentious construction providing advice that is legally sound and focused on practical and implementable solutions. Louise advises on all stages of the life cycle of a project; from tendering and procurement strategies to drafting and negotiating contracts and providing dispute resolution advice, when necessary, including conciliation, expert determination, mediation, adjudication and arbitration. Sinead Murphy

Sinead is a highly experienced commercial litigation lawyer specialising in contractual and commercial disputes with particular expertise in property related issues. Sinead delivers commercially pragmatic advice to clients on available causes of action, merits of claims, costs and case strategy and is particularly focussed on achieving early resolution of disputes without recourse to litigation. Prior to joining HOS Partners LLP, Sinead was a senior associate in the litigation and dispute resolution department of Byrne Wallace LLP where she worked for 10 years.
