Ashley graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from the University of Manitoba in 2011 and her Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency from the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) in 2012. She has worked in a number of areas in health systems pharmacy, including pediatric acute care, antimicrobial stewardship, home care, pharmacy research, mental health, and pharmacy management. In 2020, she graduated with the gold medal from the Masters of Business Administration program at the University of Manitoba with a double major in Healthcare Administration and Leadership & Organizations. She is currently the Regional Pharmacy Manager for Educational Services with the WRHA and the site manager of the Grace Hospital Pharmacy Department in Winnipeg. In her role she promotes continued learning within the pharmacy profession by working with pharmacy students, residents, and staff in implementing best practices in quality pharmaceutical care.
A strong advocate of interprofessional, collaborative practice, Ashley was the co-chair of the Winnipeg Interprofessional Student-run Health (WISH) Clinic, and continues as a pharmacist mentor to students at the clinic to this day. She maintains a clinical practice in pediatric antimicrobial stewardship where she works closely with the pediatric Infectious Diseases physicians at the Children's Hospital in Winnipeg. She has been a member of the Manitoba Branch of CSHP since she was a pharmacy student and has held many portfolios on the Manitoba Branch Council, including the Presidential Portfolio. She has also served on the Council of the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba, gaining valuable experience in pharmacy regulatory issues. Ashley had the opportunity to be a mentee with the CSHP National Mentorship Program and looks forward to formally joining the national executive to continue to advance CSHP's mission and vision.

Jody Ciufo is the CEO of the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists, a national voluntary association that works toward the best possible patient care through the advancement of safe, effective medication use in hospitals and beyond. A veteran of national volunteer-led associations, Jody has led the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, the Canadian Housing and Renewal Association, the Canadian Federation for Humanities and Social Sciences and spent her career in the not-for-profit world.
Jody is committed to work that serves the public good and drives systemic change across the country, especially as it relates to social justice and equity issues. She was a founding Board Member and inaugural Chair of A Way Home Canada: A National Coalition to End Youth Homelessness and currently serves as a Trustee on the CSHP Foundation.
Jody holds a B.A. Honours in English Literature (Carleton) and an MBA (Ottawa).

Katie is a registered pharmacist with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists and Director of Pharmacy & Pharmacy Residency Program at IWK Health. She graduated from University of Toronto's LesIie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy in 2006 and completed a hospital residency at London Health Sciences Centre in 2007. She worked as a clinical pharmacist in pediatrics and pediatric oncology at CHEO from 2007 to 2015. In 2016 she graduated from University of Ottawa Telfer School of Management with a Master's in Health Administration. She has held several leadership positions within pharmacy, organizational strategy, quality improvement, emergency preparedness, integrated risk management and COVID response operations.

Megan obtained her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at Dalhousie University (Halifax, NS) in 2012, then completed her Hospital Pharmacy Residency at Kingston General Hospital (Kingston, ON) in 2013. During that time, she represented pharmacy students across the country on the CSHP Board as the National Student Delegate and was actively involved in the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Students and Interns (CAPSI). Post residency, she worked as a staff pharmacist at KGH and held 2 terms as CSHP Ontario Branch Chapter Chair for the Quinte-St Lawrence region.
She is currently the Pharmacy Manager of Clinical Practice and Director of the Pharmacy Residency Program at Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC), where she maintains a clinical practice in critical care medicine and is actively involved in medication safety initiatives with the KHSC Medication Safety Committee. She is involved in teaching, mentoring, and training students, residents, and staff and particularly interested in expanding hospital pharmacist scope of practice. She served 3 years on the Board as National Delegate for Ontario Branch and has completed the Pharmacy Leadership Academy through the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacy as well as the Advanced System Leadership Program through the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management Executive Programs.

Sean is a registered pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of BC and a CSHP Fellow. He graduated from the University of British Columbia Faculty Of Pharmaceutical Sciences with his BSc in Pharmacy in 2000 and his Doctor of Pharmacy in 2007. He is currently the Director of Special Projects at Island Health in Victoria, BC, Canada. Sean is also a Clinical Associate Professor with the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the University of Victoria, Health Information Sciences.
Sean has been actively involved with CSHP at the Chapter, Provincial and National levels since he was a student at UBC. Throughout his career, Sean has advocated for the essential role that pharmacists play in the delivery of care. Sean has been a vice-lead with the Canadian cpKPI Collaborative since 2011 as he wants to demonstrate the impact that pharmacists can have when they are essential members of the care team. Additionally, he leads a research team focussed on objectively assessing the impacts that technology and novel care models have on the delivery of patient care.
