A dynamic individual in pursuit of excellence, Cindy joined Hydro tech in 2002 in the role of Finance Manager. Her stellar performance has contributed toward the success of the group of companies which led to her promotion to Managing Director in 2010. Since then she has led the company to its current levels of productivity and exceptional performance. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant Cindy is currently pursuing a MBA in Strategic Management. Her dedication and commitment to Hydro Tech's vision is beyond measure.
An expert at corporate governance and compliance with over 40 years international experience, Janet is the driver of a spirit of corporate governance, compliance and best practice at Hydro Tech. Humble and unassuming, Janet is highly respected in local and international corporate circles having held directorships and senior management positions with several major corporations within the private and public sectors.
Founder and Chairman of TL Holdings Limited, TL Investments Limited and Hydro tech Limited, Mr. Lynch is the backbone and driving force behind the group of companies. With over thirty years' experiences he has seen the evolution of the industry. Mr. Lynch is often described as a visionary, who pounced on every opportunity presented. His unconventional approach to business over the years has not only set his entrepreneurial pursuits on the right patch but also defied the odds of a declining industry in the mid 1980's. Today, he works assiduously to develop the TL Investment portfolio of resorts, commercial and residential properties around Trinidad and Tobago while providing oversight to his blossoming brain child, Hydro Tech.

Graduate of the Hugh Wooding Law School and the University of the West Indies, Nikita provides legal oversight for Hydro Tech's operations as Corporate Secretary and Legal and Compliance Officer. Passionate about Hydro Tech's compliance with all statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements Nikita ensures that the Board and Management operates within the law. She monitors the integrity of the Company's governance framework and ensures that the Company follows proper steps for major corporate actions and contractual arrangements. Nikita also oversees the provision of corporate secretarial services to the group of companies.

With 18 years' experience in the energy industry and an Executive Master of Business Administration, Tricia's passion for innovation and drive for solutions is evident in her administration of Hydro Tech's office services unit. A natural motivator Tricia leads a team of 65 professionals to execute the office and administration procedures of the client's onshore and offshore operations. Tricia is also charged with the responsibility to contract administration and managing the administrative aspects of Hydro Tech's widely dispersed operations.
