Silicone rubber Heatingskins are extremely versatile and suitable for a large range of environments. Moisture and chemical resistant silicone rubber provides exceptional durability and longevity. The heating elements are laminated between two layers of 20-mil fiberglass reinforced silicone rubber. The high-limit thermostat protects the heater and the contents being heated. A thermocouple probe measures the core temperature of the composite decking material you are heat forming. This allows for superior control, as some materials reach the desired temperature at different intervals of time during the heating process.
