Chandara Gnim

Chandara graduated Master of Art in Sociology-Anthropology from Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2008. She is a practical researcher in many disciplines with 8 years experiences in research and project management by using both Qualitative and Quantitative method. She has strong background in both social and commercial study with specialized in many different research methodologies such as brand research, work test (concept/STB/TVC, and other communication), U&A, segmentation, shopper research, lifestyle research, project evaluation, baseline and end-line assessment, and KAP survey. In her role, she managed multiple research projects to support and evaluate the program.

Chansada Souvanlasy

Chansada is a Lao national who has been one of the pioneers in making Indochina Research what it is today. After completing his Master's degree from University of Tsukuba (Japan), he joined Indochina Research Laos as Operations Manager and quickly progressed to become the General Manager in 2008. His relevant experience extends to short-term consulting, database management, project management, staff training, research project design, project implementation and co-ordination, client liaison, database design, data analysis and report writing for international companies and donor agencies across many sectors of the Lao economy. Responsible for the implementation of more than 100 Indochina Research projects at province, district, and village level, he is well versed in the intricacies of conducting research projects in Laos and is involved as project manager for all large scale Indochina Research projects in Laos. He has spearheaded the extension of Indochina Research operations into the Myanmar market.

Chenda Kim

Nine years with Indochina Research has given Chenda the opportunity to experience all the elements that constitute the research process. Starting out as an interviewer, he has worked his way through operations (fieldwork) as well as client service. Finishing a part time MBA on top of family and a full time job characterizes his will to move on and learn new things. Chenda's extensive experience in operations and managing brand heath trackers provide invaluable best practices for fieldwork and project management.

Dinh Nu Hong Loan

Loan has a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research and leads in client consultancy for market analysis and complexe commercial research projects. She is a certified BURKE advanced moderator with experience across sectors and methodologies.

Francis Palomares Jr.

Job Titles:

Francis is a solid researcher with 18 years of market research experience (local and regional) in the Philippines, Vietnam and Hong Kong. Francis is a generalist researcher specializing in Brand, Communications and Media studies. He has vast experience also in Brand Strategy, Consumer Insighting, New Product Development, Brand Monitoring and Shopper studies. He has done Qualitative, Retail Audit, Home Panel, Digital and Neuroscience studies. His category experience spans to various sectors such as telecommunications, real estate, FMCGs, banks, luxury items, gaming, leisure, media, among others.

Khamsook Phommavongsa

Khamsook has worked for Indochina Research (Laos) LTD for more than 10 years and more than 5 years of that has been in management. He is a Lao national, and this, combined with his extensive experience, means that he is knowledgeable about Laos and IRL research procedures, enabling him to provide a high quality level of support for the survey implementation teams. The benefit of his experience in research and management in Laos means that clients will be receive the highest quality of surveys in Laos.

Margarita B. Dominguez

Nguyen Que Phuong

Noulor Xayleng

Noulor is Hmong Lao, and has a degree in Mathematics. After graduation, he joined Indochina Research Laos in 2013 as a Data Analyst. He has worked and managed data processing and analysis team on database design and database management, creating personalized database infrastructure for clients and internal use, data processing, data cleaning, tabulation and analysis for more than 200 projects, including those for commercial and social research, in education, health, and other areas of social and business research.

Ramon V. Calleja Jr.

Ramon is a seasoned researcher and consultant with over 15 years of experience in conducting social and market research in Southeast Asia, specifically in the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar. While living in these countries, he has acquired knowledge and expertise and is abreast with local nuances and challenges in conducting research in the region having directed significant number of social and market research projects. Statistician by discipline Ramon has a solid grasp of sampling and questionnaire design principles, a research methodologist and possesses analytical data management and mining skills

Vanvilay Phommalath

Vanvilay is our Regional Social Research Manager with degree from Australia. She is responsible for client support, program management and proposal development including planning and management of all social research projects. Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensures projects remain on schedule, and delivers the overall research outcomes and client satisfaction.
