Dabney Worth

Da bney Worth is a licensed clinical social worker who has been counseling individuals and families for 30 years. She has worked in mental health, hospital and community based settings. A graduate of University of Arizona, Ms. Worth holds a Bachelors Degree in Child Development/Family Relations with a minor in Psychology. She also earned a Master's of Social Work from Arizona State University. She has extensive experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds in the areas of health and end of life issues, grief/loss, depression and anxiety. She uses a client centered solution focused approach with a family systems perspective. Her training includes cognitive/behavioral, transactional analysis and psychodynamic therapies.

Her mission is to help clients feel more alive, more connected, more inspired and achieve a greater sense of well being. She has been working with adults, children youth, couples and families for over 20 years. Dr. Rein is trained in many modalities of therapy including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral but prefers to use more experiential treatments such as EMDR for releasing patterns and traumas that are stuck and resistant to talk therapy. She also incorporates other modalities including yoga, meditation, mindfulness and a strong understanding of functional medicine, nutrition, naturopathy and Chinese medicine into her approach. In doing so, her clients tend to feel relief that they are receiving an integrated point of view that truly looks at them as a whole person rather than just their symptoms.
