Amrita Naik

Amrita Naik is the Chief Partnerships & Programs Officer at Infosys Foundation USA. She has been involved with the Foundation since its inception in 2015 and has brought to life various signature programs, the Pathfinders Online Institute education platform and collaborative partnerships. Amrita currently oversees Infosys Foundation USA's evaluation of new grantees and professional development partners and the impact assessment of funded programs. She enjoys working with passionate educators and making a difference in K-12 Computer Science and Maker education. Prior to this, Amrita has experience managing HR, recruiting and CRM functions at several technology firms based in both Silicon Valley and Bengaluru. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, she is a full-time mom and spends her rare free time creating nontoxic hand-painted wine glasses.

Anand Swaminathan - EVP

Anand Swaminathan is the Executive Vice President and the Global Industry leader of Infosys Communications, Media and Technology business group that serves clients in Communications, OEMs, Semiconductors, and Cloud and Enterprise software. Anand is responsible for the global P & L and leads the strategy and execution of these industries across global markets. He leads the development of many of Infosys' strategic and large clients and partners. Since joining Infosys in 1999, Anand has been responsible for incubating and building the Infosys data science and analytics practice, as well as both launching and expanding the partner and alliance eco system, while also leading some of the firm's most complex and large-scale systems integration work for global clients. Having seen the world with a global role, but having equally spent much time in the USA in his career, Anand is keen to see the impact of the Infosys Foundation USA deepen as we work to bring digital skills to the wider community so that industry benefits from a wide talent pool of tech-savvy future leaders. Anand has a MS in Information Systems from BITS Pilani in India, and has an associate degree from the Institute of Cost and Management accounts of India. In addition to serving as a Trustee to the Foundation, he is a board member of WONGDOODY, the digital experience company owned 100 percent by Infosys. Anand is golfer, and resides in Seattle, WA with his family.

Anant Adya

Anant Adya is a seasoned technology leader at Infosys, serving as the Executive Vice President- Service Offering Head and Head of Americas Delivery. His team specializes in designing innovative digital and cloud solutions that meet the unique needs of clients. Adya is the driving force behind Infosys Cobalt, a comprehensive suite of solutions, platforms, and services designed to accelerate enterprises' digital transformations. Through Infosys' innovation hubs, his team collaborates with startups to co-create cutting-edge solutions. Adya is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies like AI, data, edge, IoT, and 5G to deliver tangible business outcomes for clients. Beyond his technical expertise, Adya is a strong advocate for bridging the digital divide. Anant is keen to leverage Infosys Foundation USA to develop programs that equip digitally underserved communities with the skills needed to thrive in the digital age. With a bachelor's degree in electronics and executive leadership coaching from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Adya brings a wealth of experience to his role. Arvind Gupta

Arvind Gupta left a factory job to pursue his passion; making science fun for children! He has written 30 books on science activities, translated 400 books into Hindi, and presented 125 films on science activities on Doordarshan. He worked at the Children's Science Center at IUCAA, Pune for 11 years. The Centre produced 8,600 short videos on simple experiments and science toys in 20 different languages. The videos have been viewed by over 72 million children worldwide. Every day, over 12,000 books are downloaded from his website arvindguptatoys. In 2018, he was awarded the Padma Shri and he also has to his credit, several awards including the inaugural Govt. of India Award for Science Popularization among Children, IIT Kanpur Distinguished Alumnus Award and Indira Gandhi Award for Science Popularization.

Ashiss Kumar Dash

Ashiss Kumar Dash ("Dash") is an Executive Vice President and Global Head of Services, Utilities, Resources, Energy and Sustainability at Infosys. In this role, he is helping navigate the digital future for leading Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises. Drawing from over 25 years of diverse roles and responsibilities, Dash amalgamates his varied skills into straddling delivery, operational, and financial excellence for his business group. In addition to driving revenue growth, he is also focused on institutionalizing innovation and the future of work, workpace and workforce. Dash believes the more varied a perspective, the broader one's vision can be. He actively contributes to global conversations on energy transition, AI/ ML and sustainable development through prestigious forums like the World Economic Forum and the UN's Global Investors for Sustainable Development Alliance. Beth Kolman

Beth is an experienced CSR professional having led CSR teams and activities for Nortel Networks and Cisco at their Richardson, Texas hubs. She worked most recently for the Richardson Chamber of Commerce serving as its Director of Economic Development and as the Director of Innovation for the chamber's sister organization, Tech Titans. Beth is a proud native Texas and received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas. She is passionate about employee engagement and STEM education and looks forward to working with the Foundation.

Bethany Quinn is Principal Legal Counsel at Infosys Limited, where she provides strategic advice to corporate leaders and is a key business partner supporting deal pursuits and negotiations. She also leads Infosys's commercial dispute management and litigation practice for the Americas region. Prior to joining Infosys, she represented clients across a wide swath of industries, including major tech, entertainment, and retail companies. Bethany has served as the Foundation's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2015. She has long had a passion for improving equity and lifting up underserved communities and has represented clients pro bono through the Public Counsel Adoptions Project and Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Referral Program. She has previously served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Western Center on Law & Poverty and has been a volunteer judge for the UCLA Honors Moot Court and National Sexual Orientation Law Moot Court Competitions. Bethany obtained her BA from the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, and her JD from the University of Chicago Law School. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two young children.

Dr. Pratima Murthy

DR. Murthy received her MBBS degree from Bangalore Medical College in 1985. She obtained DPM and MD (Psychological Medicine) from NIMHANS in 1987 and 1989 respectively. She joined as a faculty at her alma mater in 1993, and has worked in various academic capacities since then. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP)-Glasgow. DR. Murthy brings about 30 years of extensive experience and exceptional accomplishments in the field of mental health. A well-recognized leader in addiction psychiatry, she has been instrumental in the successful development of state-of-the-art Centre for Addiction Medicine at NIMHANS. She has served as a consultant to prominent international agencies such as the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the World Health Organisation (WHO), where she is presently a member of the Strategic Technical Advisory Group (STAG) on mental health, neurological and substance use disorders. She has also served as a resource person for various flagship training programmes in substance abuse prevention and tobacco cessation in the country, and across the globe. DR. Murthy is also recognised for her contribution in improving care for persons with mental illness through her work with the National Human Rights Commission on quality assurance in mental health care both in institutions and in the community. She has been providing leadership for the national Tele MANAS programme and the Brain Health Initiative at NIMHANS. In recognition of her research and academic excellence, DR. Murthy has received numerous awards and honours including the prestigious DR. Raja Ramanna State Award by the Government of Karnataka and Lifetime Achievement Award from Rotary. She was honoured with the WHO Regional Director's Special Recognition Award on ‘World No Tobacco Day 2021' for her remarkable service in tobacco control. A prolific author, she has more than 300 research publications in various international indexed journals and scientific books to her credit. DR. Dr. Stephanie Santoso

Stephanie advises Infosys Foundation USA on its strategy for supporting maker education to develop more inclusive pathways for all students to engage in CS. Stephanie is also the Co-Founder and President of MakerUSA, which partners with communities that have been most marginalized by unequal access and opportunity and supports their goals to leverage maker education to drive community-led innovation and maker career pathways. MakerUSA is incubated within the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship. Stephanie has been a member of and an advocate for the Maker community for over 10 years. From 2014-2016, Stephanie served as the first Senior Advisor for Making at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she helped develop President Obama's Nation of Makers initiative, to broaden access to the Maker Movement. Stephanie has a Ph.D. in Information Science from Cornell University, where her research focused on the social impact of democratizing 3D printing.

Inderpreet is the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Infosys. In this role she leads the legal and compliance function for the Company. She is a strategic business partner ensuring success for Infosys in legal and regulatory matters, while spearheading its compliance and ethics program and has additional responsibility for Privacy and Data Protection at Infosys. Inderpreet is also a Trustee of Infosys Foundation. James Mazzullo is a Senior Associate at Infosys Foundation USA. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from The College of New Jersey where he studied Communications with a focus in Radio, Television and Film. He also received his Master's Degree in Communications with a specialization in Corporate Purpose and Social Impact from the Rutgers School of Communication and Information. Before his role at Infosys Foundation USA, James spent a summer interning with the Alliance for Clean Energy New York, a nonprofit organization that promotes the use of renewable energy in New York. James is incredibly passionate about nonprofit work and is excited to continue his work with the Foundation. Outside of the Foundation, James hopes to see Infosys celebrate an NBA Championship alongside the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Kate Maloney

As the Executive Director of the Infosys Foundation USA, Kate is inspired to advance the Foundation's commitment to increase K-12 access to Computer Science and Maker Education across the US, particularly in under-represented communities. Through partnerships with leading non-profits, curriculum developers and dynamic innovators, Kate aims to enable digital equity and the next generation of 21st century technology creators. Prior to her current role, Kate was a Director at KPMG LLP where she led strategic engagements with the United Nations, private foundations and non-profits with a focus on sustainability, social impact and corporate social responsibility. She spent two years working in the London office of KPMG's Global Infrastructure practice advancing the public-private partnership, Building Schools for the Future, which brought technology enablement to all secondary schools across the UK. Prior to KPMG, Kate was the Country Manager for Mexico and Central America at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency and worked for Senator Richard G. Lugar on the US Senate Foreign Committee. Kate is passionate about the power of education and technology to create positive impact. Since a young age, she has pursued opportunities to engage with youth from under-represented communities to expand their educational potential. The Children's Aid Society in NY and Everybody Wins in Washington, DC were particularly influential experiences. Kate received her BA from Wake Forest University and a MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She currently serves on the Board of Mary's Meals USA and is a co-founder of the Wake Forest University ‘Global Deacs' international alumni network.

Sairee Chahal

Sairee Chahal is a serial entrepreneur, mom, angel investor, evangelist for #womensinternet and a board member. She currently runs SHEROES - an online ecosystem for women, offering support, entrepreneurial and employment opportunities, content and community at www.sheroes.com and the SHEROES App and Mahila Money - a community neobank for women. Sairee serves on the board of Milaan Foundation, Paytm Payments Bank and US based Women in Cloud. Sairee is credited with building up an ecosystem to support women in their journeys as entrepreneurs and leaders. Sairee built a strong technology play to solve the problems of gender disparity in India. A technology entrepreneur, Sairee has straddled the best of both worlds in her ventures Newslink, Fleximoms and now SHEROES. Her community-meets-platform approach has made SHEROES a globally formidable platform, changing the game for women and their aspirations.

Salil Parekh - Chairman

Salil Parekh is the Chairman of Infosys Foundation. In his primary role as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Salil sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. Salil has nearly three decades of global experience in the IT services industry with a strong track record of driving digital transformation for enterprises, executing business turnarounds and managing successful acquisitions. He is a member of the National Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Earlier, Salil was a member of the Group Executive Board at Capgemini, where he held several leadership positions for 25 years. He was responsible for overseeing a business cluster comprising Application Services (North America, UK, Asia), Cloud Infrastructure Services, and Sogeti (Technology & Engineering Services Division). He was responsible for the strategy and execution of these businesses - setting direction and enabling rapid client adoption. He was also the Chairman of Capgemini's North America Executive Council. He was the architect of the North America growth and turnaround strategy, and was instrumental in setting up their offshoring capabilities. Salil was also Partner at Ernst & Young and widely credited for bringing scale and value to the Indian operations of the consultancy firm. Shaji Mathew is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Infosys. In this role, he is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR, driving strategy, and implementing operational priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate. He is also a Trustee of Infosys Foundation. Shaji has over 31 years of experience in Infosys. Prior to his current role, he was Infosys' global head of delivery for Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences. Over the years, he has played various leadership roles in delivery, as also in managing client relationships, commercials, solutioning, and people management across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Sumathi Narayan - Treasurer

Sumathi Narayan, is the Treasurer for Infosys Foundation, USA. She is the Head of Finance for US and Canada for Infosys Ltd. She partners with multiple stakeholders across functions and within finance for smooth functioning of her Role. She is responsible for the Statutory Compliances across all 50 states in US. She began her career at Infosys in 1998 as a Programmer, being part of the Global Delivery Model and became a Project Manager handling critical projects for Infosys at India and US. She then moved to Unit Planning and Strategy, and was involved in Unit Level Budgeting and Collections Management. She has been with Infosys Finance for the last 10 years, performing multiple roles, interacting with business for Deals Reviews, MSA and Contract Reviews, and Data analytics and MIS Reporting for Senior Management. Sumit is also the Trustee at Infosys Foundation and serves on the Board of WongDoody - Infosys' experience design company. Sunil Kumar Dhareshwar is currently Executive Vice President, Finance at Infosys Ltd. He is responsible for Global Taxation, Corporate Accounting, Treasury and financial aspects for M&A transactions. Sunil is also the Global CFO for the Consulting, BPM, Products and Platform businesses and Global Head for Infrastructure, Facilities and Physical Security. Sunil has previously worked with 21st Century Fox (formerly known as News Corporation). He is also a Trustee of Infosys Foundation. In over 20 years of his professional experience, he has successfully concluded several Advance Pricing Agreements and resolved tax disputes through Mutual Agreement Procedures. In his role as Head of Corporate Accounting, he has full responsibility for the financial accounting function of the Company. In addition, Sunil has anchored process improvement and automation initiatives, several of which have won awards like the Stars of the Industry award for Best Automation in Finance conducted by NewsX / CMO Global.
