Our hard-surface cleaning system is specifically designed for cleaning tile, stone, and grout surfaces. Our cleaning system is designed with four components that work in harmony; chemical action, high pressure, heat, and vacuum that allow us to "surgically" remove the soil embedded into porous parts of the tile and grout. The system generates water pressure of 50 to 2,000 P.S.I. and water temperature up to 250° to dissolve and remove years of soil and contaminants - restoring your floors to nearly new condition… and making a huge impact on the cleanliness of the environment. The vacuum hose also suctions the water along with the dirt to a containment tank on our truck, and the grey water is disposed of in accordance with EPA regulations.
