JOHNSON AND LOFTUS

J&L Boatbuilders were formed when Tim Loftus and Dan Johnson merged their boatbuilding operations to form a business with the skills and capacity to tackle almost anything. During the Winter of 2016/17 they developed a new site just south east of Ullapool to run the business from. It includes a slipway and hard standing for around 25 boats for storage/repairs/maintance with limited space for boats up to 40 foot undercover. They can handle boats up to 20 ton/40foot with their Roodburg Hydraulic Slipway Trailer and up to 50 ton/60foot on their marine railway...
