Kim Vickery

Kim Vickery has over 34 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working almost exclusively in high profile exploration and development projects in the Wind River and Powder River basins of Wyoming. Kim brings a br oad range of geologic skills, data handling abilities, and critically important working relationships with both industry service providers and the staff of the governing regulatory entities, the Wyoming Bureau of Land Management and Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission. Kim is also a managing partner at G-V Resources LLC, a private consulting company that identifies and targets economically recoverable oil and gas resources in the Powder River Basin. Her industry work experience includes 12 years at Bill Barrett Corporation from 2002 thru 2014, where she was a founding member of the company; Barrett Resources Corporation, Plains Petroleum, and McAdams, Roux and Associates where she commenced her career in 1985 while completing her BA in Geology from CU-Denver. Kurt Reinecke - CEO, President

Kurt Reinecke is a geologist by training with 35 years of experience in the Rocky Mountain and Midcontinent areas of the US where he has been associated with a wide variety of projects and has been directly responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars of cash flow. Since 2014 Kurt has served as COO of PetroTerra Corp (OTC:PTRA), a startup exploration company focused on the Utah thrust belt. Concurrently since 2013 Kurt Reinecke has offered energy related consulting services to several clients as President of Arrow Peak Minerals & Royalty LLC. From 2002 through January, 2013 Kurt was a founding member and served as EVP Exploration at Bill Barrett Corporation (NYSE:BBG), a Rocky Mountain oil and gas exploration company. While at BBG he directed a staff of 26 professionals and served on the 5 member Chairman's Committee where he gained a reputation for decisive decision making. Primary responsibilities were to identify, economically evaluate, and direct the creation of oil and gas exploration projects, including several horizontal oil projects. From 1985 to 2001 Kurt was a senior geologist at the predecessor company, Barrett Resources Corporation (NYSE:BRC), where he was part of the multi-disciplinary team that led the industry in developing completion and down spacing practices for high resource-in-place Piceance basin tight gas deposits. He was also responsible for a number of successful high volume gas wells in structurally complex regions of Oklahoma. Kurt Reinecke has the experience to analyze real time results and determine if investment in a project should continue or if it is time to exit. Tab McGinley

Tab McGinley has over 37 years of experience in the energy field working in Land Management and Business Development, as well as Regulatory, Government Affairs and Community Relations. Mr. McGinley pr eviously served as Vice President of Land for Axia Energy from 2010 thru 2014 where he assembled and exploited oil and gas projects in Northwest and Southwest Colorado, Eastern Utah and Michigan. From 2005 thru 2010, Mr. McGinley was the Land Manager at Ultra Resources Inc. (UPL), assembling and supervising significant acreage positions and drilling programs in the Pinedale Field of SW Wyoming and in the Marcellus Shale Play of Northern Pennsylvania. He also served as a Senior Landman for Bill Barrett Corporation from 2002 thru 2005 where he was actively involved in the assembly and acquisition of multiple exploratory projects in Eastern Utah and throughout Wyoming. Mr. McGinley's emphasis has primarily been in the Rocky Mountain Region but in addition to the above he has worked on projects in California, Texas, Louisiana and California. Mr. McGinley has worked on various projects in the Powder River Basin since 1984. He received a BA degree from Rice University in 1983 in Energy Land Management.

Tracy Galloway

As a graduate of Colorado School of Mines in 1973 with a BA degree in Mineral Engineering & Mathematics and with over 45 years of oil, gas and engineering experience, Tracy Galloway brings a wealth of knowledge with his experience working in Wyoming and other states, but primarily in the Powder River Basin. Starting out hi s career in 1974 and working for 3 years at Texaco, Tracy has worked for both majors and independents over his career that include Champlin Petroleum, Mormac Oil and Gas, Ventura Consulting, Western Energy Development Company, McAdams, Roux and Associates, Plains Petroleum, Barrett Resources, Williams Production Company, and Bill Barrett Corporation. Tracy has worked on conventional plays, coalbed methane projects, and most recently fine-tuned his expertise on the deeper horizons in the Powder River Basin that include the Parkman, Sussex, Shannon, Frontier and Turner sandstones.
