Brad is an Atlanta native who graduated from the University of Georgia in 1998. He has been a real estate appraiser since 2002 and real estate agent since 2003. He has completed thousands of appraisals in Georgia and reviewed thousands more both within the state and throughout the Southeast. With his considerable experience in real estate sales, management and valuation of properties, Brad is known for his hard work, positive approach, teamwork, honesty and expertise.
Previously, Brad was director of valuations of a bank asset team for one of Georgia's largest real estate companies, where he reviewed thousands of appraisals, BPOs and managed the valuation process, and was heavily involved in tracking properties from acquisition to disposition. During his six years with the company, his team successfully sold over 4,400 properties.
A licensed real estate broker and appraiser in Georgia and a real estate broker in South Carolina, Joel has extensive experience in analysis, evaluation, project management, and management and sales of commercial and residential real estate. Joel is known for his real estate knowledge and expertise, integrity, honesty and candid approach.
Previously, Joel was executive vice president and managing broker of a bank asset team for one of Georgia's largest and most prominent real estate firms, where he developed and began implementation of a fully-integrated real estate service model and organization to service large banks, local and state governments and large institutional clients. He successfully managed and sold over 4,400 properties valued at approximately $500 million dollars for clients throughout the southeast.
