KJR Properties is a family owned company specializing in residential homes and duplexes in Snohomish County. Properties are leased for a minimum of one year - no short term options are available. Our properties have 2 - 4 bedrooms and are located in Everett, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Granite Falls, Marysville and Arlington. If you would like information on one of our available units please contact us and provide the basic information about your housing needs, occupants, pets and employment. To qualify you will need a credit score of 600+ and income 3 x the rental amount with good rental and employment history. We also run a criminal background check. Application fees for credit/criminal checks are $30 per person 18 and older.
