Other than a brief stay abroad in the Land Down Under, Brittany has never ventured far from the mountains. Born in Alaska and raised in Colorado, she's always felt at home in towns where others go for vacation. After graduating from the University of Colorado, she moved back to Telluride and began working for Latitude in 2018. Here, she consistently provides excellent service to all our potential guests. In her free time, she can be found camping in the mountains, hiking, or paddle boarding on Trout Lake with her pup, Ellie.

Erica, Latitude 38's resident adventure junky, has lived in Telluride for sixteen years. As a property manager, she developed a passion for working with Owners, and is now the head of our Owner Services team. Sometimes found hanging off the side of a mountain in a yellow dress or climbing Grand Teton with fellow disabled vets, she lives a life void of "dull moments." Prior to working for Latitude, she managed the airlines at the Telluride airport, where her teenage son now logs flight hours.
Ft. Collins born and raised, Lacy is a true Colorado native. After attending Colorado State University, Lacy lived abroad in Peru where she honed her Spanish skills while teaching English. With her analytical savvy and aptitude with being detail-oriented, Lacy has recently transferred from a traditional reservations manager role, into a revenue management role. She's multi-talented, so has her hands in both pots. When she isn't rocking the sales or revenue game, she can be found hiking outside or exploring the Front Range.

Lee Shea grew up in the sunny state of Florida, where she began a career in Medical Device Sales which eventually landed her in bustling New York City. There, she worked in Medical Marketing and Advertising, before craving a lifestyle change and moving to Telluride back in 2013. She's passionate about people management, but also friends, family, community, and a variety of outdoor activities. Stop in and say hello to her and her beautiful Golden Retriever, Jude.
Shanda moved to Telluride in 2006 after visiting Colorado for the first time with a friend. From the beginning, Telluride stole her heart, so she went back to Houston to gather her belongings and faster than you can say, "Yeehaw!" she found herself a permanent resident of the box canyon. Shanda enjoys the slower-paced, mountain lifestyle and only misses the humid streets of Houston when she needs to shop. As our CFO, Shanda brings all the skills of a meticulous mathematician along with the swagger that comes with owning a Harley Davidson.

Tim has lived in Telluride since 2010, and has loved every minute of it. A New Jersey native, Tim joined Latitude 38 in 2016 after several years as a private marketing consultant. He is also a photographer, and a Marine Corps Veteran, and uses all the skills he's gathered to help lead all things related to technology, including the companies programs, apps, and tools. In his free time, Tim is an avid biker and skier, and enjoys spending time with his two young children, and his office dog, Monty.

As a native of Boulder, CO., Turner comes to Latitude 38 with an impressive background in high-paced restaurant management, and logistically challenging yet rewarding International Travel Sales. His consistently positive personality permeates the office, and his knowledge of the Latitude 38 portfolio is extremely helpful from his four years as a property manager. When he's not overseeing the Property Management team here at Latitude 38, Turner enjoys skiing, biking, cooking, and hanging out with his wife and his two young children, as well as his dog, Stella.
