Brian Sautter

Brian is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He earned a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Trine University in Indiana. He has interest in both Psychiatry and Emergency medicine, and he investigated suicide screening techniques in the Emergency Department as his master's project. Brian graduated summa cum laude at the University of Illinois Chicago with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He was involved in medical research at UIC and the recipient of a National Science Foundation undergraduate research fellowship. After finishing his Bachelor's degree, Brian completed his pre-medicine education at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Brian worked as engineer for 10 years utilizing free time to expand his medical education. He worked on an ambulance as an emergency medicine technician. He also became a certified phlebotomist and used these skills as a volunteer at a non-profit organization in Chicago. Brian is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistance (NCCPA).

Dr. David Lott

Dr. Lott is a board-certified and licensed physician who has been treating patients with addiction and other mental health problems for 15 years.

Judith Sheldon

Judith Sheldon is a board certified and licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 25 years of experience providing exceptional, compassionate, and evidence-based care to her patients. She obtained her Associates of Science degree in nursing in 1992 from Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, IL. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2001 and her Master of Science degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013 from Olivet Nazarene University, and later received certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from University of St. Francis. Judy has extensive experience in a variety of healthcare settings, such as critical care, trauma care, and substance abuse. She is also well versed in providing for patients with acute and chronic healthcare needs. She focuses on creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for her patients to discuss their physical and psychiatric needs while encouraging them to participate actively in the treatment process. In 2008, Judy began shifting her focus toward substance abuse treatment and mental health and has worked in three different treatment programs since then. During this time, she has witnessed the close relationship between addiction and mental health issues. Judy provides many services including buprenorphine (Suboxone), naltrexone (Vivitrol) as well as many others. Appointments can be made by calling the main office number.

Sarah Masri

Sarah's practice includes management of depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and many other conditions in both adults and adolescents. She has also sought training for the psychiatric management of women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. In addition to medication management on an outpatient basis, Sarah has extensive experience with more intensive treatment programs, having worked previously at Linden Oaks Medical Group and at Insight Behavioral Health. Sarah is certified as a Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a recipient of NCCPA's Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Psychiatry. Sarah received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in 2013. Sarah's practice includes management of depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and many other conditions in both adults and adolescents. She also has specific interests in the psychiatric management of women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
