A Law Graduate from Queens University Belfast and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Garry started out on his HR career in 1999 when he joined Powerscreen. Shortly after joining Powerscreen the business was purchased by Terex, a US Multinational Private Sector Engineering Manufacturing Business. Progressing in seniority, accountability and responsibility he spent over fourteen years in various Terex Human Resource functions with responsibility for locations throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Great Britain and Western Europe. Latterly he was the head of Human Resources for the Terex Dungannon Manufacturing Facility and Global Powerscreen brand. He left Terex in April 2013, and joined Craigavon Borough Council as their interim Head of HR, before he established Mc Caul HR Business Support in January 2014.
