Mr Mayet holds the position as a Company Secretary for a Public Company in South Africa whose purpose is to acquire property. He renders the Board with the necessary Company Law advice as well as attends to the necessary Company Secretary duties as envisaged in Law. Mr Mayet administers the collection of rental and attends to the institution of action against defaulting tenants.Further he has extensive experience in the various facets of the law. Mr Mayet has appeared in the High Courts of South Africa, Magistrates Courts, Domestic Violence Court and before a number of tribunals in which he has been successful in Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal.
