Mr. Tseng and Mr. Fu-Tien Cheng together with five other founders established Motech in 1981. Mr. Tseng and Mr. Cheng worked whole heartedly together and led Motech from an electronic equipment maker to a leading photovoltaic products and service providers in solar industry. Mr. Tseng served as the President of Power Instrument Division of Motech, Deputy CEO, and was appointed as Vice Chairman of Board of Directors in 2008. He served as Chairman of Board of Directors from 2013 to 2016. After finishing his term of office,he was recommended to be Honorary Chairman in 2016. The Board of Directors elected Mr. Steve Tseng to be Chairman again in August 2018. Chairman Steve Tseng also served as Chairman of MESC and TSMMC. With full commitment to corporate governance and Motech's sustainable development, Mr. Tseng will lead Motech to create an outstanding future in green energy.
