Drew Marsh is the chief executive officer of Entergy Corporation. Marsh previously held the title of executive vice president and chief financial officer, where he managed the oversight of corporate finance, accounting, internal audit, treasury, investor relations, and corporate development and planning. Marsh is an officer for and sits on the boards of directors of each of Entergy's operating companies and System Energy Resources. Before stepping into his current role in 2013, previous leadership positions included vice president of system planning and operations, vice president of financial planning and communications, and vice president of strategic planning. Anna brings 20 years of diverse financial services industry experience in building, leading and advising corporations through complex restructuring, acquisitions and international expansion to her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NEIL and is responsible for all financial operations at NEIL including strategic planning, reporting, financial planning and analysis, insurance accounting, risk management and internal audit. Prior to joining NEIL, Anna spent a decade as division CFO of Liberty Mutual, a billion-dollar international insurance corporation, served as CFO and board member for a Florida-based financial services conglomerate spanning insurance, surety and fee-based service companies and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Lincoln Investment, a registered broker/dealer and registered investment advisor. In her various roles, Anna led implementations of fiscally sound strategic business plans, business process improvement, capital restructuring, integration and risk management with a focus on disciplined approach to profitable growth. Anna has an MBA in Finance from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Drexel University. In 2015, Anna completed the CFO Strategic Partner Program at the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. She holds FINRA Series 27 Registration.

Barbara C. Bufkin

Barbara's four decades in the insurance and reinsurance industry have spanned leadership roles encompassing operational and strategic responsibilities, including business origination and product development, underwriting, claims, risk management/corporate governance and ceded and assumed reinsurance, while fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and diverse talent. Throughout the past seven years, Barbara has focused her career at the intersection of distribution, underwriting, technology and capital in specialty businesses. Barbara currently serves as a Senior Advisor at AmWINS Group and is a founding member of the D&I Council, an independent Director of Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL) and subsidiary Cedar Hamilton, and an independent director of The Westfield Companies. During her three-year tenure (2017-2020) as Chair of the International Board of Governors of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) and current President of the Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW), Barbara has been directly engaged in the global and national Women in Insurance Conference series. Furthering her commitment to the IICF, she serves as Co-Chair of the IICF Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Council, which brings together over 50 of the top D&I officers in the insurance industry to advance the mission of diversity and inclusion. Concurrently, she is a member of the North American board of directors of ISC Group and advocates for the value of the insurance industry as a career of choice in her role as immediate past president and chair of the governance committee and member of the Board of Trustees of Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS). Prior to Assurant, Barbara was one of the founding members of the US leadership team of Hamilton USA, joining the company at its launch in September 2014, in a first of its kind InsureTech startup, reporting to the CEO. Before that, Barbara served as Guy Carpenter & Company's Chief Operating Officer of Global Strategic Advisory. In this role, she interacted with CEOs and executive teams of key Guy Carpenter clients to assess and recommend growth strategies and strategic plans, evaluated the emerging InsureTech arena and originated unique reinsurance structures. Before joining Guy Carpenter, Barbara worked for Argo Group for 12 years, reporting to the CEO and, as a member of the Group Executive Committee, serving as Executive Vice President with Argo International Holdings, Ltd. Prior to Argo Group, Barbara opened Swiss Re Services Corporation's Dallas office, joining their Zurich-based International Business team. She was responsible for working with major brokers and directly with U.S.-based Fortune 500 clients (CFO/Risk Managers) to bring value proposition of Swiss Re's primary international business. Swiss Re Services became Swiss Re New Markets, where she served as Director, Head of Insurance Privatization and as Chairman, President and CEO of Swiss Re subsidiaries, Facility Insurance Corporation (FIC) and Facility Insurance Holding Corporation (FIHC). Prior to Swiss Re, she started Turnbridge Reinsurance Intermediaries to act in a consulting capacity to Swiss Re Atrium. Before that, Barbara had fifteen years of industry experience in executive positions, most notably with Sedgwick Payne Company and E.W. Blanch Company. Following undergraduate studies, she joined Travelers Insurance Company in commercial underwriting, spending the first five years of her career in primary underwriting and casualty facultative reinsurance underwriting with American Reinsurance Company (Munich Re). Barbara attended Wheaton College, Norton, MA and graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo, cum laude with a B.A. degree in Philosophy. Bruce Sassi joined NEIL in 2000. Prior to being elected President and Chief Executive Officer, Bruce served as Vice President - Member Insurance. Bruce was responsible for overseeing NEIL's four Member Insurance programs, three nuclear programs and our Member non-nuclear conventional coverage. Prior to this role, Bruce served as Director - Insurance and Underwriting, where he was responsible for the Member nuclear and non-nuclear programs, quantitative analyses efforts, coordinating the activities for a number of the IAC Task Forces, and led the development of NEIL's Builders' Risk Program. During his tenure with NEIL, Bruce also spent six years in the Finance & Accounting Department as Financial Risk Manager, a role in which he was principally responsible for developing financial models to assess NEIL's capital adequacy, distribution methodology, and other finance and risk matters. Prior to joining NEIL, Bruce worked for JP Morgan Services Inc. During his tenure with JP Morgan, Bruce held positions as a Business Analyst in the areas of Risk Management and Global Markets Application Delivery, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of a global back-office trade capture system. Bruce also held the position of Finance Officer at an internet start-up, Wingspan Bank, a subsidiary of First USA Bank. Bruce received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in the Finance Management Honors Program, and a Masters of Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware. Bruce currently serves as a Director on the International Board of Governors of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation.

Bryan Hanson

As the Executive Vice President and Chief Generation Officer, Mr. Hanson is responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the new Constellation's power generation fleet, which includes nearly 100 generating units in 19 states and Canada. Constellation operates the largest clean energy fleet in America, producing electricity from 10 fuel types including nuclear, natural gas, hydro, wind and solar. He serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company. Mr. Hanson has more than 30 years of progressive experience in the nuclear power industry. Prior to his current role, Hanson was President and Chief Nuclear Officer of Exelon Generation's nuclear fleet. In that role, he was responsible for ensuring that Exelon Generation maintained high levels of performance and safety across its nuclear fleet of 21 reactors at 12 facilities that it operates in Illinois, Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania. During his tenure with Exelon, Mr. Hanson served as the Nuclear Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Midwest operations, Site Vice President for Exelon's Braidwood Generating Station and the Site Vice President for Clinton Power Station. He also has been Vice President of Nuclear Oversight, Limerick Generating Station plant manager, and Director of Operations and Work Control. Mr. Hanson is on the board of directors for Easterseals DuPage and the Fox Valley Region and for Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL). He also serves on the University of Wisconsin Engineering Physics Advisory Board, the INPO Accrediting Board, the World Nuclear Association Board of Management, and the NET Power, LLC Board. Mr. Hanson earned a bachelor's degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. He is a graduate of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations Senior Nuclear Plant Management Program, the Exelon Leadership Institute at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.

David Campbell - CEO, President

David Campbell joined Evergy in January 2021 as President and CEO. Diane Leopold - COO, EVP

Diane Leopold is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Dominion Energy. She is the senior executive responsible for all of the company's operating segments and related construction and innovation functions. Leopold oversees: Dominion Energy Virginia, a vertically integrated electric utility with generation, transmission and distribution assets providing electric service to about 2.7 million customer accounts in Virginia and northeastern North Carolina; Dominion Energy South Carolina, a natural gas and electric utility serving 1.1 million customer accounts; Gas Distribution, which has four gas local distribution companies serving nearly 3 million customer accounts in Idaho, North Carolina, Ohio, Utah, West Virginia and Wyoming; and Contracted Assets, consisting of Millstone Power Station, dozens of solar generating facilities with long-term power purchase agreements in nine states and Dominion Energy's ownership in the Cove Point LNG facility. Leopold joined Dominion Energy in 1995 and became an officer in 2004. She held a wide range of executive roles in operational, financial and commercial areas throughout the company. She became Dominion Energy's executive vice president and co-chief operating officer in December 2019 and assumed her current role in October 2020. In addition to being on the board of directors of Markel Corporation, she currently serves on various industry, non-profit and community boards. She is a trustee for Virginia Union University and has been appointed by the Governor of Virginia to the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation board of trustees, an educational agency of the Commonwealth. Leopold graduated from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering. She received a master's degree in electrical engineering (energy conversion, power and transmission) in 1993 from George Washington University and an MBA in 1998 from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Don Moul - COO, EVP

Don Moul serves as TVA's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. With nearly 35 years of experience in all areas of power generation and operations, he possesses a strong track record of enhancing operational performance and teamwork through a disciplined and collaborative leadership approach. With primary responsibility for TVA's power generation, transmission, and power supply functions, Don serves in a key leadership role at TVA. With one of the nation's most resilient, diverse generation portfolios, he leads TVA's industry-leading efforts to provide increasingly cleaner energy. Don also leads a number of other mission-critical areas of TVA's business, including Safety, Integrated River System Management; Natural Resources; Environment; Supply Chain; Major Projects; Facilities Management; TVA Police and Emergency Management; and Enterprise Improvement. In his role, Don is focused on delivering high reliability, low cost and operational excellence with safety as the highest priority. His work in directing TVA's state-of-the-art grid modernization applies technological innovations to creating the energy system of the future that will be ideally positioned to meet emerging customer demands. In addition, Don oversees TVA's River Forecast Center that helped prevent more than $1 billion in potential flood damage in fiscal year 2020 alone. Throughout his career, Don has held a variety of leadership positions, primarily in nuclear divisions, with American Electric Power, Duquesne Light Company, FirstEnergy Corporation, GPU Nuclear Corporation and Public Service Electric & Gas. Before joining TVA in June 2021, Don was executive vice president and chief nuclear officer at NextEra Energy where he was responsible for the safe and reliable operation of NextEra's nuclear fleet and oversaw decommissioning activities at Duane Arnold Energy Center. From 2004 to 2019, Don served in a variety of leadership roles at FirstEnergy Corporation, including leading the nuclear and fossil generation, transmission and distribution, commodity operations and environmental compliance functions. Under his leadership, the First Energy nuclear fleet achieved its best-ever outage and total-cost performance, while maintaining exemplary INPO continuous monitoring ratings in 2018. Don also previously served as vice president for FirstEnergy Commodity Operations, focused on power production and retail supply in the PJM Markets. He also served as president of Ohio Edison and Penn Power - two of FirstEnergy's operating companies. Don earned a bachelor of science in nuclear engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He also has been a senior reactor operator at multiple nuclear stations.

Gregory J. Blackburn - Chief Investment Officer, VP

Greg Blackburn joined NEIL in 2005 and currently serves as Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. He is responsible for asset allocation and the oversight of more than fifty external managers who invest NEIL's approximate $5 billion portfolio. Prior to this role, Greg served as Director of Investments, where he was responsible for investment operations and was a significant contributor to tactical asset allocation decisions. Greg was also responsible for sourcing many of NEIL's investments in alternative asset classes. Greg's prior investment experience included serving as Vice President of High Yield for Delaware Investments in Philadelphia, and Senior Analyst of High Yield for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in New York. Greg is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Furman University. He and his two children reside in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Jeanne L. Mockard

Jeanne Mockard is the owner of JLM Capital and Consulting, where she evaluates private investment opportunities and provides consulting services. She's currently CEO of Barbara Lynch Made. Recent clients include EMC Corp and Conning Asset Management. She is Vice Chair of the Board of Silent Spring Institute (SSI), which is a non-profit focused on environmental causes of breast cancer. Jeanne is also on the Endowment Committee at The Bryn Mawr School in Baltimore, MD. Prior to becoming self-employed, Jeanne was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Putnam Investments. She was the Lead Manager for The George Putnam Fund of Boston, a $4.2 billion balanced fund. She is a CFA charterholder and has 28 years of investment experience. Jeanne joined Putnam in 1985. After various positions in the service company, she left to pursue an MBA at the University of Virginia in the fall of 1988. After graduating in 1990, she returned to Putnam as a securities analyst. Over the next three years, she covered Electric Utilities, Telecom, Retail, Textile and Apparel, and Natural Gas Utility stocks. In 1993, she moved to Portfolio Management, starting with the Putnam Dividend Income Fund and the Putnam Preferred Income Fund. Over the next seven years, she also managed the Putnam Global Natural Resources Fund and the Putnam Utilities Fund. From March 2000 through November 2008, Jeanne was the Lead Manager of the George Putnam Fund of Boston, the oldest balanced fund in the industry. Returns for those 8 1/2 years place the Fund in the 25th percentile in its Lipper category. Jeanne was also the Chair of the Women's Leadership Forum at Putnam.

Kenneth C. Manne - Chief Legal Officer, VP

Ken Manne joined NEIL in May 2006 as Vice President and General Counsel. On January 1, 2017 he was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President Corporate Services, General Counsel and Secretary. In this role Ken is responsible for the Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology, Office Administration, Travel, Crisis Management, Corporate Communications and Corporate Secretarial functions at the Company. Prior to joining NEIL, Ken was the Senior Nuclear Regulatory Attorney for Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, the parent company of Arizona Public Service Company (APS) from 1994-2006. APS is the principal owner and the licensed operator of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (Palo Verde), the nation's largest nuclear power generating facility. In his position at APS, Ken was responsible for the oversight of all legal issues associated with the Palo Verde plant. He also worked as a volunteer during refueling outages, including as a mechanic's helper on the turbine deck. Prior to joining APS, Ken practiced nuclear regulatory law with the firm of Newman & Holtzinger, P.C. located in Washington, DC. Ken served as an Associate Editor on the Law Review and received a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Washington College of Law, The American University in Washington, DC in 1988. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a certification to teach secondary education from Nazareth College of Rochester, cum laude, in Rochester, NY in 1985. In 2011, he completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Ken currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House in Wilmington, DE and serves as Chair of the Board's Governance and Nominating Committee. He also served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula from 2006-2015. While at APS, Ken was active in a number of industry committees, including: the NEI Lawyer's Committee, NEI Task Force on Protected Activities, Chairman of the Radiation Injury Claims Joint Defense Group, and Vice Chairman of the NEIL Legal Advisory Committee. Kimberly S. Greene - CEO, Chairman, President

Kim Greene was named chairman, president and chief executive officer of Georgia Power in 2023. She leads Georgia Power in serving its 2.7 million customers across the state. The company is the largest subsidiary of Southern Company, one of the nation's leading energy providers. Greene is a strong voice in the energy sector, especially on issues related to safety, emerging technologies, innovation and STEM-related education. She is a respected thought leader and advocate for the future of energy - from national energy policy to the overall customer experience. Prior to her current position, Greene served for five years as chairman, president and CEO of Southern Company Gas. In this role, she ensured the delivery of clean, safe, reliable and affordable natural gas to more than 4.3 million utility customers in Georgia, Illinois, Tennessee and Virginia, and to over 600,000 retail gas customers served by SouthStar Energy Services in 10 states. In addition, she oversaw the nonutility businesses that deliver value through energy-related products and services, wholesale gas services and gas midstream operations, including gas pipeline investments and storage and fuels. From 2014 to 2018, Greene served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Southern Company, where she was responsible for systemwide operations including generation, transmission, engineering & construction services, commercial operations and fuels, system planning, environmental affairs, and research & development. Additionally, she was responsible for Southern Power, which owns and operates more than 12,000 MW of generating capacity in 15 states, and Southern Wholesale Energy, which markets the retail operating companies' surplus generating capacity to the wholesale market. Greene began her career at Southern Company in 1991 as an engineer designing equipment for fossil and nuclear power generation stations. She spent eight years at Southern Company subsidiary Southern Energy Inc., now NRG, working in finance, structuring, trading and asset management. She later spent four years leading Southern Company's investor relations, corporate finance, financial planning, treasury and risk management groups as senior vice president of finance and treasurer. In 2007, she joined the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), which provides electricity for 153 local power companies serving 10 million people in Tennessee and parts of six surrounding states, as well as directly to 58 large industrial customers and federal installations. She spent five years serving in executive roles at TVA, including chief financial officer; group president, strategy and external relations; and chief generation officer. Upon returning to Southern Company in 2013, Greene assumed the role of president and chief executive officer of Southern Company Services, where she was responsible for the company's shared services business units, including information technology, human resources, supply chain, marketing services, as well as wireless telecommunications provider, Southern Linc, and wholesale fiber optic network provider, Southern Telecom. Greene currently serves on the Board of Directors for Valero Energy Corporation and Metro Atlanta Chamber and on the Board of Trustees for the Georgia Research Alliance and Morehouse School of Medicine. Previously, she served on the Boards of the American Gas Association and the Electric Power Research Institute, serving as chairman of both organizations, Gas Technology Institute and Energy Insurance Mutual. Greene is also a member of The Atlanta Rotary Club. A strong advocate for STEM education, Greene has served on the board of advisors for the University of Tennessee Tickle College of Engineering, the University of Tennessee Department of Finance, Advisor and Practitioner Scholar for the University of Alabama at Birmingham Master's Degree in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management and advisor for FIRST (For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) - a robotics program whose mission is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders. Most recently, the Atlanta Business Chronicle named Greene as one of Atlanta's Most Admired CEOs. In 2022, she was awarded EEI's inaugural Thomas F. Farrell, II Safety Leadership and Innovation Award by her industry peers for her significant contributions to improving safety in the utility industry. She is a member of the State of Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame, a recipient of the University of Tennessee's Distinguished Alumna Award and the University of Tennessee's Nathan W. Dougherty Award, the most prestigious honor bestowed by the College of Engineering. She was also named POWER-GEN's 2015 Woman of the Year. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Greene earned a bachelor's degree in engineering science and mechanics from the University of Tennessee, a master's degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a master's degree in business administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Pat Vincent-Collawn is Chairman and CEO of PNM Resources, the parent company for utilities PNM in New Mexico and TNMP in Texas. Vincent-Collawn joined PNM Resources in 2007, serving as Utilities president with responsibility for overseeing the daily operation of PNM and TNMP. In 2008, she was named President and Chief Operating Officer, and in March 2010 became President and CEO of PNM Resources. The Board elected her Chairman in January 2012. In 2021, she was recognized by Institutional Investor as the Best CEO among midcap electric utilities. Prior to PNM Resources, Vincent-Collawn was at Xcel Energy where she was President and CEO of Public Service Company of Colorado. Prior to that, as Xcel's President of Customer and Field Operations, she oversaw transmission and distribution operations as well as customer service across 10 states. Vincent-Collawn also held management positions with Arizona Public Service and outside the energy industry with Price Waterhouse and Quaker Oats. Pat is active nationally as a key influencer and advocate for the energy industry. She served as the first female chair of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI). She was honored with EEI's Distinguished Leadership Award in September 2019. She twice chaired the Board of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). Internationally, she was appointed Co-Chair of the B20 Italy 2021 Energy & Resources Efficiency Task Force. Vincent-Collawn was appointed Chair of the New Mexico Partnership by Governor Susana Martinez in 2015. She is a former member of the Economic Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Vincent-Collawn is past Chair of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Central New Mexico, and the Kirtland Partnership Committee.

R. Benjamin (Ben) Mays

Ben Mays joined NEIL in August 2015 and serves as Vice President, Loss Prevention. In this capacity, he is responsible for implementing the overall loss prevention program, coordinating the Engineering Advisory Committee, and acting as the primary liaison with INPO and other nuclear industry organizations. Prior to joining NEIL, Ben worked for Energy Future Holdings Corporation, where he served as Assistant to the CNO at Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Station. There he managed project activities for developing a new operating model to support low power prices. Additionally, he was involved in the coordination of corrective actions associated with human performance errors, and oversight of the implementation of Fukushima-related efforts before the industry. Prior to that, Ben served as Vice President, Nuclear Engineering and Support at the site. As such, he managed prime contractors, engineering and modification activities, regulatory compliance, long-term master planning, and engineering standards for technical requirements. System engineering, equipment reliability, equipment monitoring, configuration management, design modification, and technical support all reported to Ben. He also served as the Design Authority for the station, promoted a positive nuclear safety culture, benchmarked Industry Best Practices for engineering processes and programs, and represented the engineering and technical support functions before corporate management. Ben has been recognized for his accomplishments, receiving the 1998 NEI Top Industry Practice Award, the 2008 Power Engineering Award and the Platt's' Award for the CPNPP steam Generator Replacement Project. Ben also served on NEIL's Engineering Advisory Committee (EAC) and was a meaningful contributor during his tenure, participating as a member of the EAC's Executive Committee for several years. Ben has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, and holds a Professional Engineering License. He has completed a Senior Reactor Operators Management Certification Program, INPO's Senior Plant Managers Course, NEI's Senior Executive Program, and INPO's Executive Seminar. Along with his corporate duties, Ben is active in the community, church, and profession. He and his wife, Ann, live in Wilmington, DE and have two grown children.

Rebecca J. Kujawa - CEO, President

Rebecca Kujawa is the president and chief executive officer of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, a competitive energy supplier with approximately 24,600 megawatts of total net generating capacity, primarily in 38 states and Canada as of year-end 2021. NextEra Energy Resources is the world's largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and sun, and a world leader in battery storage. Ms. Kujawa is also president and a member of the board of directors of NextEra Energy Partners, LP, a growth-oriented limited partnership formed by NextEra Energy (NYSE: NEE) to acquire, manage and own contracted clean energy projects. Ms. Kujawa joined NextEra Energy in 2007 in NextEra Energy Marketing and has held various business and finance roles. She previously served as executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer (CFO) for NextEra Energy, a leading clean energy company; executive vice president, finance and CFO of the company's rate-regulated electric utility subsidiary, Florida Power & Light Company; and CFO and a member of the board of directors of NextEra Energy Partners. In addition, she has held the positions of vice president of business management for NextEra Energy Resources; vice president of business management for the Midwest and International region for NextEra Energy Resources; and director of investor relations for NextEra Energy. Ms. Kujawa serves on the board of directors for Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Kujawa served as senior vice president of equity research at Stanford Group Company, and she began her career as an equity derivatives analyst at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Kujawa holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and previously was a member of the New York Stock Exchange and National Association of Securities Dealers' joint committee on the research analyst qualification exams. Ms. Kujawa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public policy studies from Duke University.

Shawn Galbraith

Shawn became the Vice President of Claims in 2020. He joined NEIL in 1998 as a Boiler and Machinery (B&M) Loss Control Representative (LCR). Prior to that, Shawn worked for Public Service Electric & Gas Company at the Salem Nuclear Power Plant where he qualified as a Shift Technical Advisor and obtained a Senior Reactor Operator License from the NRC. Starting in 2013, while maintaining his responsibilities as a Senior B&M LCR, Shawn began taking on a role in assisting in the adjustment of nuclear claims. In 2014, he transitioned full-time to the Claims Department, successfully passing the test to become a Licensed Claims Adjustor. In 2015, he was promoted to Claims Manager before moving into his current role. Shawn has served over 35 years (active and reserve) in the United States Navy. He began his naval career by enlisting in the United States Navy. After completing basic training and the Naval Nuclear Power Program (Enlisted), he was assigned to the Reactor Controls Division of the USS Silversides (SSN-679). Following his initial commitment, Shawn enlisted in the Naval Reserve. In 2001, he received his commission in the Civil Engineer Corps and has had numerous deployments and assignments in the Naval Reserve. As Vice President of Claims, Shawn is responsible for managing the claims operations with oversight of both internal and external claims professionals.

Stephen Woods is Vice President & Chief Underwriting Officer for NEIL, and Managing Director of NEIL Overseas dac. As NEIL's Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer, Stephen is responsible for all matters pertaining to the Company's underwriting operations, Nuclear and Specialty, and oversees the Company's Insurance Department. As the Managing Director for NEIL Overseas, Stephen is responsible for matters pertaining to international business transacted by the Company and overseeing NEIL Overseas' operations in Dublin, Ireland. Stephen has been with the Company since 2001, joining NEIL Overseas as a Property Loss Control Representative (LCR). Stephen received promotions to the roles of Loss Control Manager and Risk & Operations Director before becoming NEIL Overseas' Managing Director. Prior to joining NEIL Overseas, Stephen worked for seven years with Industrial Risk Insurers - Global Asset Protection (now part of AXA-XL). During his time with IRI he completed risk engineering analysis on a wide variety of large HPR (Highly Protected Risk) industries. Stephen holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering (BEng) from the Queen's University of Belfast, Ireland; and a Masters of Science in Engineering (MScEng) in Process Safety and Loss Prevention from Sheffield University, England. He also has a Diploma in Business Finance from the Irish Management Institute and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from University College Dublin. Stephen is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a member of Engineers Ireland (the Professional Institute for Engineering in Ireland) and the Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE).

Preston Gillespie serves as executive vice president, chief generation officer and enterprise operational excellence for Duke Energy. He is responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of Duke Energy's fleet of nuclear, natural gas, hydro, solar and coal units with a generating capacity of over 50,000 megawatts. He is also responsible for enterprise operational excellence, project management and environmental, health and safety. Gillespie has more than 35 years of experience in the energy field. He previously served as Duke Energy's chief nuclear officer. In this role, he was responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the nation's largest regulated nuclear generating fleet. Other leadership roles across the company's nuclear fleet include senior vice president of nuclear operations, site vice president and plant manager of Oconee Nuclear Station, and site operations manager of Catawba Nuclear Station. In these roles, he directed station and facilities management, operations, maintenance, chemistry, radiation protection, engineering, nuclear and industrial safety, and business operations. He joined the company in 1986 as an assistant engineer at Oconee Nuclear Station, where he earned his senior reactor operator license and held positions in a variety of roles in engineering and operations. Gillespie currently serves on the board of directors for Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited and is a member of the National Nuclear Accrediting Board for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. A native of Charleston, S.C., Gillespie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University. He is a registered professional engineer in South Carolina and a graduate of Wharton's Advanced Management Program. Gillespie is also a past recipient of the company's Robinson Award, which recognized employees for their outstanding contributions to the company's operations. Gillespie and his wife, Donna, have a son.

Teresa (Terri) J. Brown

Terri Brown joined Grange Insurance in May 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Terri leads Grange's financial management and enterprise risk management and investments, as well as maintains the company's financial strength. An industry veteran, Terri has more than 25 years in the P&C and Life insurance business. Prior to Grange Insurance, She served as SVP of Property Product Management for Allstate Insurance, where she was responsible for the company's $9 billion property portfolio. Prior to Allstate, she served as EVP and Chief Risk Officer for Aviva North America and then served in the company's London headquarters as Risk Framework Director. Terri was also Chief Risk Officer and Corporate Chief Actuary for Safeco Insurance, and held senior positions with Deloitte Consulting, LLP and Travelers Insurance. Terri is a graduate of Southwestern College in Winfield, KS.
