I have led the service design work at truu (truu.id) for the last 3 years, dealing with client needs and requirements and managing interns. I have worked with a Senior Digital Consultant at Condatis (condatis.com) to develop the UI and Senior Consultants at Deloitte (deloitte.co.uk) to create video demos of the NHS digital Passport now being piloted in hospitals and trusts across the country. I've developed my UI and UX skills designing the front end of the truu digital product and the NHS digital staff passport. I've conducted regular customer research, workshops and testing of the digital products and overall service experience with truu. I did user research and designed customer flows at iindy using AI to help clients gain access to data and use it to generate more value e.g. Developing better customer relationships to... generate more profit from merchandise. I designed new touchpoints and identified areas where we could generate more value for the customer in the Object Tech
