Paul has extensive experience as a company Director of four successful start-ups over the last twenty years. This has involved industries as diverse as recruitment, the outsourcing of electronic transactions and financial consulting. More recently Paul has been involved in acquisitions being responsible for the merging of three separate financial consultancies into one. Working with companies such as Sothebys, Global Marine Services, Tennants Chemicals, Lindt & Sprungli, Phase Eight and over forty five of the country's largest Local Authorities has given Paul an insight into the challenges facing a diverse range of organisations throughout the United Kingdom today. Paul is one of the founders of Orchestra Acqusitions and is a key part of the team in identifying potential acquisitions and negotiating purchases for the organisation.

From 1984 to 1998 Steve was an investment banker at up to Director Level for a number of blue chip Financial Institutions including Bank of America, Credit Lyonnais, ING and Nomura, in locations including London, Hong Kong, Pakistan & Thailand. This included setting up an operation from scratch for Credit Lyonnais in Karachi. Steve was heavily involved with a significant number of primary market transactions, involving new fund raising for already listed businesses as well as IPOs. These included the negotiation, valuation, marketing and selling of the first successful global transaction for a South Asian company which raised US$20m. At the beginning of 1999 Steve set up his own Management Consultancy business where he partners with industry experts to help businesses reduce costs and improve efficiency. This business has delivered tens of millions of savings to clients and continues to trade today. The knowledge and expertise Steve has access to within his consulting business offers substantial scope to support businesses acquired by Orchestra Acquisitions to achieve greater efficiency and profit growth.
