The PNTFO is managed by a Board of Directors currently consisting of 6 elected members and 5 appointed members... To provide vision and leadership in training, and to promote, develop, and provide high levels of officiating in Western Washington in track and field, cross country running, race-walking, and road racing. Our goal is to promote the training of new and existing officials to their highest level possible in support of our mission statement...
