Alex Berry

Berry was drafted in 2005 by the Toronto Maple Leafs 153rd Overall in the Fifth Round. Alex played his Collegiate Hockey at UMass-Amherst after a year with the Boston Jr. Bruins. In 2013 Alex was part of the Reading Royals ECHL Kelly Cup Championship Team.

Chris Higgins

Recently retiring from hockey finishing his career in England for the Belfast Giants, Chris played his collegiate hockey at Boston University, and was a National Champion in 2010. With a career that spans the NCAA, ECHL, AHL, Italy and Sweden before landing in Belfast. Higgins played for the New Hampshire Monarchs before BU and 3 years at the Pingree School and was the line-mate of PSD Head Instructor and Director Dan Gordon.

Dan Gordon

Dan is an accomplished hockey player and Coach. Since 2019 he has been Head Coach of the Pingree School (Prep/NEPSAC) and former Endicott College Assistant Coach at the NCAA DIII level for four seasons. Coach Gordon has also coached at the Semi-Professional, Junior, and Youth level since 2009. Over his three seasons involved with Junior Hockey, Coach Gordon helped move 11 players to NCAA Division I programs and 24 players to the Division III ranks. Played his College Hockey at both Division I + Division III and was part of each team's most successful seasons in the history of both Collegiate Programs. Dan has also played Professionally for two seasons, one in Europe and one in the U.S. He has been running hockey camps, clinics and private lessons since 2010 and is passionate about coaching and youth development in the sport of Hockey.

Drew Callin

Drew Callin currently plays for the Springfield Thunderbirds in the AHL. Drew is in his 3rd season professionally and has also played in the ECHL for the Worcester Railers with current PSD instructor Ross Olsson. Before signing professionally, Callin played four years at Bentley College NCAA Division 1 where he had 90 points in 141 games. Prior to Bentley, Coach Callin play junior hockey in the USHL and NAHL. Drew is from Middleton, Wisconsin.

Logan Day

Job Titles:
  • Instructor
Logan currently plays for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms in the AHL. Logan has played 4 years professionally and also played for Bakersfield Condors in the AHL before signing with the Phantoms. Before joining the professional ranks Logan began his collegiate career with Division 1 Providence College and was part of the National Championship team in 2015. He then moved on to play two years with Endicott College where he was an All-American both seasons. Before college he played for the South Shore Kings of the USPHL, where he was an All Star and tallied 44 points in 13'14' for the Kings.

Matt Filipe

Matt currently plays for the Providence Bruins in the AHL. Before his professional career Matt played for Northeastern University. He was selected in the third round (67th overall) to the Carolina Hurricanes in the 2016 NHL Draft. Ranked No. 51 by NHL Central Scouting among North American skaters ahead of the 2016 NHL Draft. Participated in the 2016 NHL Combine in Buffalo, N.Y., where he finished in the top 25 in five categories. Played the 2015-16 season with Cedar Rapids (USHL), finishing fifth on the team with 36 points in 56 games.

Ross Olsson

Ross's passion for hockey runs deep and he enjoys working with players to help them reach their goals. Ross is currently playing Professionally in the ECHL for the Orlando Solar Bears. Ross has played most of his professional career for the Worcester Railers with some AHL games for the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Ross played his college hockey for Endicott College and holds the record for most career points by any player in program history with 134.

Tommy Besinger

Tommy currently plays professional hockey in ECHL. Tommy began his professional career in Europe playing for Mullhouse in the top French League. Before turning Pro Tommy played college hockey for Endicott College. Tommy began his collegiate career with Division 1 Army at West Point. Before college he played for the South Shore Kings of the USPHL, where he was a two-time All Star. He tallied 40 points in 2014-15 on 18 goals and 22 assists for the Kings. Besinger finished with 79 points in two seasons.
