Craig Edhart

With over 16 years of hands-on experience in customer service and client relationship management, Craig brings a wealth of expertise to ProFound Talent. Having spent eight of those years dedicated to strategic and operational planning at leadership levels, Craig has proven his expertise. He has successfully guided professionals through complex credentialing processes, exemplifying a track record of building robust relationships and dispensing effective consult across a diverse array of industries and professions. As a lifelong learner, Craig's commitment to tackling new challenges fuels his continuous pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategic Management and Organization, both earned from the University of Alberta. Beyond the professional arena, Craig actively contributes to the hockey community, serving as a referee for junior and senior hockey and providing instruction at annual referee clinics. He extends his dedication to community service by serving on the Edmonton and North Regional Board for McMan Youth, Family and Community Services. In his personal life, Craig is a devoted husband and father who values quality time with his family. As a valued member of the ProFound Talent team, Craig's determination, strong work ethic, and innate ability to build relationships position him well to support his clients in finding top-tier talent and guide candidates through pivotal steps in their careers.

Jennifer McFadden

Jennifer is our Marketing and Client Experience Coordinator; in which she utilizes her education and passion for marketing to further ProFound's strategy. Digital marketing, social media marketing, content management and communications; along with all the details in between, add to the operations of ProFound Talent, thanks to Jennifer. She is multifaceted within ProFound's marketing strategy, and works alongside our Chief Strategist & Operations Officer, to create and learn new ways to engage with our clients. Currently in her last year at MacEwan University, Bachelor of Commerce program, Jennifer has chosen Marketing as her career. She has taken many classes that focus on building brand awareness, engagement, competitive advantage, and innovation for a business in which she is excited to put them into action. Jennifer has a passion for creativity and feels empowered to work alongside a creative team at ProFound. Jennifer is currently involved with the Advertising Club of Edmonton (ACE), a non-profit club that supports and engages members to be involved and learn from each other, within the advertising, marketing, and media spaces in Edmonton. Through this, she hopes to learn and build relationships with peers who passion the industry as she does. Outside of work and school, Jennifer loves to be active with snowboarding and working out, and she takes up golf and watersports in the summer. Outside of her active hobbies, you will probably find her online shopping or catching up with her beloved friends and family.

Max Frank

Max is known as a collaborator and a community member who brings innovative ideas to life while leading teams in a motivating and uplifting manner. She has built cohesive relationships, internally and externally, and has a broad understanding of the importance of brand building for any organization's success. As a business-forward proponent, Max has experience in the Alberta marketplace as an Executive with organizations such as Redengine, TELUS, the NAIT Mawji Centre and the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce working with both established and startup companies in technology, tourism, and education. As a versatile and vibrant executive with an entrepreneurial drive, Max has earned the reputation as a communicator, connector, innovator, marketer, and an inspiring leader that puts the customer experience first. This has resulted in being named in Edmonton's Top 100 Business Women, and receiving a leadership award from the Canadian Public Relations Society. When Max is not working, she enjoys spending time giving back to her community as a volunteer with Alberta Women Entrepreneur (AWE), as a Board Chair with St. Albert Arts & Heritage Foundation and as a Board Committee member with E4C and the Advisory Committee for Technology Alberta ASTech Awards. She enjoys spending time relaxing with family and friends at the lake, with her 2 dogs by her side.

Scott Murray

With 25 years of experience as an executive in organizations like Coca-Cola Bottling, the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club, the University of Alberta, the Edmonton Elks, and Homeward Trust, Scott has had the opportunity to build teams, lead strategy, shape organizational effectiveness and culture and build strong stakeholder relations both internally and externally. With experience in public, private and not for profit at the C-Suite level, Scott brings his executive level knowledge and expertise to ProFound Talent's clients as they navigate growth through their people. Scott has a passion in working with people, gaining a deep understanding of their drivers and challenges, and supporting them through authentic and collaborative relationships. With an integrated approach, Scott believes it is essential to align brand, employee engagement, culture, and customer experience cohesively, understanding that a strong brand and positive culture contribute to an enhanced employee experience, which, in turn positively influences customer experience. Scott brings this holistic perspective into ProFound Talent in support of our clients, as their partner in growth. Scott has spent many years giving back to his community while volunteering for roles on the boards of the Edmonton People in Need Shelter Society (EPINSS), Sherwood Park Minor Hockey Association, and the Sherwood Park Kings Club. As an avid sports enthusiast, Scott spends his winters watching sports (mainly hockey) and his summers rekindling his love/hate relationship with the game of golf. Scott and his wife Tammy have 3 kids and live in Strathcona County.

Tammy Berge

Tammy brings forth more than 25 years of expertise in senior sales, customer service, and leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has honed her innate skills to passionately serve clients, prioritizing the establishment of genuine, enduring relationships. Her tenure in high-growth settings within leading global corporations has earned her numerous awards and recognitions. With a diverse background spanning industries such as agriculture, finance, national retail, consumer packaged goods, and others, Tammy possesses a wealth of knowledge and insights, which she seamlessly integrates to benefit her clients in the present day. As a graduate of NAIT, Tammy is enthusiastic about her role as an essential member of the ProFound Talent team. Her extensive experience in the business field has enabled her to establish robust client relationships and develop connections across Canada. This positions her well to support her clients in finding the best talent to join their teams. Tammy is a proud mother of two boys and a dedicated volunteer in her community. This has included spearheading the role of president and chair of her local school society and council. She currently volunteers with an Edmonton hockey academy.
