Brian Nightengale

Brian is an accomplished executive with a strong background in healthcare business leadership and management. In September 2023, he joined Inmar Intelligence as Executive Vice President of Healthcare. Prior to joining Inmar Intelligence, Brian held several senior leadership positions at AmerisourceBergen Corporation. As President of Community Retail and Long-Term Care, he managed a $22 billion P&L while leading a team of 500 professional associates. Under his leadership at Good Neighbor Pharmacy, the franchise was consistently recognized for providing outstanding customer service and ranked highest in customer satisfaction by JD Power and Associates. With extensive experience in various areas of the healthcare industry, including community retail and specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical research, marketing and distribution - as well as healthcare financing and reimbursement - Brian has proven himself to be a versatile leader capable of managing diverse business operations. He has successfully developed and grown businesses ranging from start-ups to multibillion-dollar profit and loss statements. Throughout his career, Brian has received numerous accolades for his contributions to the pharmaceutical industry. He has served on various boards and committees within professional associations such as the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) and the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). With a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma.

Eric Haley

Eric joined OMERS Private Equity in 2011 and is currently Managing Director focused on investments in the business services and healthcare services sectors. Prior to OMERS, he was a partner at Tailwind Capital, where he invested in companies in the business services and healthcare services spaces. Previously, he worked in private equity at Boston Ventures Management, where he focused on the media and communications and business services industries. He began his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in investment banking. Over the course of his career, Eric has served on several private company boards. He is currently a director of DTI/Epiq and Sysomos. Eric received a BA from Bowdoin College, magna cum laude, in Mathematics/Economics, and his MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Fred Jorgenson - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

Fred is Inmar's Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer. Prior to joining Inmar, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of AuthenTec, Inc. as the company transitioned from a venture backed start-up to a publicly traded industry leader. In addition to key roles in AuthenTec's 2007 IPO and M&A activities, Fred was a significant contributor in the October 2012 sale of the company to Apple Inc. Prior to AuthenTec, Fred was Senior Counsel for intellectual property and licensing at Raytheon Company, the Chief Executive Officer of RJ Mears, LLC, and Assistant General Counsel of Fujitsu Network Communications. He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and a JD degree from Florida State University. He is a member of the bar in the states of North Carolina and Florida, as well as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Geoff Bird

Geoff joined OMERS Private Equity in 2007, and is a Managing Director in the New York office. He focuses on investments in the business services and healthcare services sectors. Geoff has been actively involved or on the board of several current and former investments for OMERS, including DTI, Nordco, Cari-All, Marketwired and CHG Healthcare. Geoff was previously with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance in Toronto, where he was involved in a variety of transaction-related advisory services. Greg Kerr

Greg serves as Inmar's President, International Strategy and Chief Innovation Officer. In this role, he provides strong leadership by bringing an innovative mindset and perspective to the design and development of new and existing business models and programming, ensuring alignment between disciplines so as to mobilize resources to achieve breakthrough results. Prior to joining Inmar Greg served as Vice President, Software Development, for AuthenTec, where he was responsible for defining software strategy and leading the company's technical Mergers and Acquisition teams. While with AuthenTec, he was involved in the development of the technology that enables the iPhone's Touch ID fingerprint identity and played a key role in the company's sale to Apple, Inc. Prior to AuthenTec, he was Vice President of Engineering, Sonic Solutions, where he led the integration of engineers located across six countries in Europe, Asia and the U.S. Greg also founded several successful software development companies. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with Honors in Physical Chemistry. He is fluent in English and German and academic Spanish and Russian.

Kathleen Dalton is the Chief Human Resource Officer for Inmar Intelligence. In her role, she leverages 35+ years of global and regional leadership experience to lead the corporate communications, corporate marketing, and human resource functions for the company - which has more than 5,000 employees in the US, Canada, and Mexico. As an industrial engineer, Kathleen spent the first 10 years of her career leading large manufacturing and logistics/distribution organizations. She went on to spend 30 years with Procter & Gamble, where she advanced to lead HR teams spanning The US and Asia. Most recently focused on private equity - serving as a consultant and interim HR leader for various leading organizations - her extensive experience has given her expertise in organizational strategy, culture transformation, change management, and partnering with senior executives to accelerate top and bottom-line business results. A community leader and volunteer, Kathleen has held multiple board and executive committee positions with organizations including Susan G Komen and the Amazeum - a prestigious children's museum in the US Midwest.

Rich Schmidt - CFO, EVP

Rich serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Inmar. He is responsible for directing the financial activities of the organization, and for establishing and monitoring the company's budgets and forecasts and ensuring that Inmar's capital is invested for growth. Rich oversees Inmar's finance, accounting, tax, treasury, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, procurement and risk management functions. Rich's career includes more than twenty years of finance experience with more than thirteen of these years spent concurrently supporting Inmar's Technology team. He is a seasoned Inmar veteran, having served in a number of finance and technology roles. Rich leverages a diverse background with significant experience in finance and technology to adeptly guide his teams to focus on performance. His areas of expertise include finance and accounting, mergers and acquisition, IT strategy and infrastructure, Six Sigma, continuous improvement and procurement. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA, both from Wake Forest University, and is a CPA, licensed in the state of North Carolina.
