Jason Franks is also a founding member of Strike Concrete & Construction and leverages his 15 plus years of finance & executive leadership with over 6 years experience in residential construction. Prior to Strike, Jasoon has led the finance, accounting and support functions for both Tegrity Homes and Cambridge Homes since their beginnings over 6 years ago. Jason assumed operational responsibility for the government housing programs in January 2012 improving the construction quality, cycle-times and overall operational excellence that has positioned Tegrity Homes as a top performer in these programs.
Mr. Franks began his career with Deloitte in Houston, TX performing audit services and process control assessments. Jason then led the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts for FedEx Office before moving on to Dr Pepper Bottling Company to establish their internal audit department. He then went on to lead the audit functions for Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages and Cadbury Schweppes Americas Confectionary.
Jason Franks is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Management Information Systems, both from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
Justin Johnson co-founded Strike Concrete & Construction in January 2016 combining his 15 plus years of residential construction expertise with the business experience of his business partner Jason Franks. Previous to Strike, Justin Johnson has been and continues to serve as the Director of Construction Operations for Tegrity Homes, directly responsibility for construction operations for the federally-funded housing programs Tegrity participates in the Greater Houston Area.
Mr. Johnson joined Tegrity Homes from Centex Homes, bringing with him over ten years of experience in production homebuilding. As Area Construction Manager with Centex, Justin had direct responsibility for managing the construction of over 500 homes annually. Justin joined Centex Homes as a Lead Manager after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation of Natural Resources from Texas Tech University
