Upward Care is registered as a Domiciliary Care Provider with the Care Quality Commission providing bespoke tailored care packages consistent with the Care Act delivering supported living and extra-care services throughout the West Midlands, to people in their own homes. Our service is provided to some of the most vulnerable adults in society who have an assessed need for care and support... We believe people should have maximum control over their own lives, and participate as far as practical within their community as active, equal citizens both economically and socially. We aim to work with people receiving our service to achieve the best quality of life they can while retaining maximum dignity and respect.
