Helen Green is a Non-Executive Director of SGM Advisors. In this role, Helen and the other Directors on SGM Advisor reviews and recommends any and all investments prior to submitting to AIFM for final approval, and aides in the monitoring of the portfolio post initial investment.

Ian Price

Ian Price has more than 25 years' experience in the offshore finance industry in Guernsey, working within the fund management sector. Currently, as the Director for Fund Administration at Apex, he heads up the team responsible for all aspects of fund administration on large and complex open and closed ended Funds. Ian has been instrumental in converting valuation and share registration systems to new platforms with previous employers while managing large teams and maintaining a high level of service. He has a keen interest in leveraging technology to reduce risk and create efficiencies. He has been responsible for implementing online access for all Investors and Investment Managers. ​Ian is a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Jennifer L. Wick - CEO, Founder

Jennifer L. Wick is a co-founder and a Managing Partner of the General Partner and a Board Member of SGM Advisors. Previously, Jennifer was the Chief Investment Officer of Consensus Business Group, having joined in November 2005, a group of approximately £4.0 billion in assets under management. At CBG, Jennifer led the alternatives area and secondary private equity transactions and grew the private equity portfolio to $600 million in private equity and sustainability including $300 million in listed vehicles. She raised £ 300 million of capital from Wells Fargo Bank and deployed into creating the Masdar Cleantech Fund with the Government of Abu-Dhabi and Credit Suisse where she used the CLN structure on transactions as well as across the whole portfolio of assets. She also restructured and added significant value to the Aberdeen Private Equity Fund ("APEF") and was a Non-Executive Board member of the listed LSE fund. Jennifer began her career at Morgan Stanley in New York in 1984 - 1986 where she worked on large mergers and acquisitions and IPOs of over £5.0 billion in value. The transactions included the sale of Wells Fargo Mortgage Company and other large transactions for corporate clients including AMOCO, Marshall Fields, Walt Disney, Weyerhaeuser and other natural resource companies. In these roles, she gained significant expertise in oil and gas and forestry. Similarly, at Dresdner Kleinwort Beason, Jennifer led over $10 billion in equity and debt financings for major European telecommunication privatisations and IPOs including Telefonica and others. At Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney, Jennifer was a Senior Vice President leading further privatisations, IPOs and financings of telecommunication companies including OTE, Cosmote and others in transactions over $5.0 billion in value. Jennifer is an MBA graduate of London Business School ("MBA33") where she obtained a Master of Business Administration. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, B.A. from Wheaton College, where she graduated cum laude and was awarded Honours for her thesis on "The International Debt Crisis" and was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, an International Honors Society in Economics.

Michael J. Hammons - CEO

Michael is a co-founder, Managing Partner, and Board Member of SGM Advisors. Michael has over 25 years of leadership experience in building operational value for portfolio companies. Previously, Michael was a Partner with SAIL Venture Partners, a leading private equity cleantech firm. Prior to private equity, he held senior leadership positions in the US and internationally. These leadership positions including CEO at Vigilistics, CEO at Nexiant, CEO at ARGO Tracker, VP of Global Operations at Cogent Communication, and Director of the South American Automotive Practice at Ernst & Young Consulting, headquartered in Sao Paulo. Recognized as an expert in cleantech, business development, supply chain, finance, operations, manufacturing, product development and logistics, Michael has spoken at multiple conferences and written numerous articles. He formerly sat on the United States White House Roundtable on Manufacturing Technology Scale Up. He has also received multiple awards throughout his career, including Top Cleantech Thought Leader, Top 100 Most Innovative Vendors from Supply and Demand Chain Executive and Deloitte and Touche Fast 500. He earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a master's in business administration from Harvard Business School.

Rikard Lundgren

Since 2016, Rikard Lundgren has been a Luxembourg based Non-Executive Director and Advisor with mandates in both regulated and non-regulated Luxembourg entities. His last operational role was as CIO and partner of IMQubator, an APG funded seed investor in start-up Hedge and Private Equity funds. Before this, he was Head of Investments (20 bnEUR) at Folksam, a Swedish insurance company, CEO and CIO of the Finance division of Inter-IKEA, and periodically worked as an independent advisor and consultant to a range of investment organisations.
