Welcome to The Fabric Vase Company. We are a small creative textile company in Cambridgeshire. All our products are handmade in Ely. We produce flat pack, pop up vases in fabric and felt, as well as felt brooches... I'm Heather, and am often found in charity shops looking for pure wool jumpers or in the studio behind the sewing machine. I have a BA (Hons) degree in Fashion and Textiles and have worked in many different fields within Art and Design... Following a move south,and more time to be creative again, Calico Tree Designs began. Whilst shopping in The Eel-Catcher's Daughter, a lovely new shop in Ely, a conversation with the owner Helen about the brooch I was wearing and I was back in business making brooches and vases for her - our first stockist!
