Colleen is a self-starter, with supervisory experience and ability to lead teams, and work independently or in a team environment.

Don Sims

As site Manager for ISO certified TMCSCS-North Region, Don is instrumental in ensuring a first class value added service level operation and an excellent line of communication between clients/customers in which TMC partners. With several years of experience in both public and private sectors, Don has experience in management, team building, project management, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Don has managed key contracts with several fortune 500 companies within the logistics/transportation, supply chain, retail and airline industries. TMCSCS has consistently received recognition as a Platinum supplier and recently accomplished a milestone sales achievement with record revenue. Don holds a Master Certification in Business Management and a White Belt in Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing. Don earned a B.S in Business from Wilberforce University and has extended studies in the H.A.L.E Education Program at Michigan State University.

James Morris - CEO

Richard Martinez

He provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the company. The primary responsibilities for his office encompass a wide variety of strategic technology issues: Governance and policy Information technology protocols External and Internal customers IT infrastructure Before joining TMC Solutions, Richard spent 10 years as the owner of an IT consulting company, servicing small to medium businesses in Texas and Oklahoma. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in Engineering roles working with HP, Fujitsu and Toshiba's hard drive division. Richard studied at the Cleveland Institute of Technology for his AAS in Computer Information Technology and Systems Management.
