Synergy Martial Arts and Fitness was established in 2003 under the leadership of Chief Instructor Master Dunn. Affiliated to the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF), ITF England, AETA and World Amateur Kickboxing Organisation (WAKO), the club offers classes for various age groups including 4-8 years (ITF Kids), 8-13 years and 14 years and above... The fusion of ITF Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing creates a dynamic and comprehensive training experience. At our club, we are dedicated to cultivating both physical prowess and mental discipline through the practice of these two power Martial Arts disciplines.
