Miran holds a B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Systems Engineering and Informatics and an MBA in Marketing from University of New York.

Zhala is a former Iraqi diplomat, head of Academic and Congressional Affairs at the KRG Office in Washington DC and former advisor to the head of the Department of Foreign Relations in Erbil. Zhala holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in public health from King's College, University of London.
