Jameel Yousuf S.St - Chairman

A businessman by profession and the Chairman of TPL Corp Ltd. He is the founding Chairman of Citizen-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) and remained its Chairman from September 1989 to March 2003. He is also the Director of Asia Crime Prevention Foundation (ACPF) and is the founding trustee of "PANAH", a shelter established for women in distress. Mr. Yusuf has also been a member of the Advisory Council Fellowship (WWC) since 2004. He was awarded the Presidential Award "Sitara-e-Shujaat" for gallant services in August 1992 and was also nominated for the First United Nations Vienna Civil Society Award in 1999. He has also been appointed as a Member of the Committee formulated by National Accountability Bureau for redressal of business community's grievances.

Prior to this Aamir has served as Head of Corporate Services in Qubee. His expertise are in running businesses more efficiently and making services standards more customer centric in line with achieving company goals.

Mr. Amjad Waqar - COO

Mr. Amjad Waqar has nineteen (19) years of experience with various listed and unlisted companies as Group CFO, CFO and HOD of various departments in large business houses and conglomerates. Yunus Brother Group / Lucky Cement Ltd, Pioneer Cement Limited, Mega & Forbes Group, Abbas Steel Group are the few names where he served and supported organizations in achieving their business goals and objectives. Amjad has vast experience of Investments, business expansions, merger & acquisitions within Pakistan and abroad. He is an experienced C-Level individual, highly skilled in Fund Management, Negotiations, Capital Raising, Financial Modelling and Business Transformation. He has over eighteen years of professional experience of heading accounting, finance & investment functions, due diligence, acquisitions and supporting organizations in achieving business objectives. He has contributed towards organizations increasing profitability through streamlining operations, reducing cost of operations, maximizing performance and leading business strategies across all industries. Amjad has always proved himself to be an invaluable resource through his hard work, determination and diligent attitude and facing all challenges positively. In his new role, he will oversee all the functions of TPL Trakker Limited & TME and assist the Management Team in achieving its objectives and goals. Mr. Jamil Akbar

Mr. Jamil Akbar has more than 20 years of multinational experience as an investor and operator having led M&A and Strategy at Fauji Foundation, been Pakistan Country Head for Emaar, and spent a decade at the Abraaj Group, including an operational and turnaround role at K-Electric. His early career was spent in London with KPMG UK. Mr. Akbar holds an MBA from INSEAD, is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and holds a BEng. (Mechanical) from Imperial College (UK).

Due to his active involvement in Public Affairs, he was posted as DG Social Sector at the Prime Minister's Secretariat. Mr. Riaz has also served as Member/ DG Customs for 4 years. He retired as the Federal Secretary and his last posting was Secretary, National Assembly of Pakistan. He also served as Director, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) in 2016. Moreover, he was a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of Pakistan. Mr. Riaz has served the Government of Pakistan for over 37 years. He is presently the Independent director at Pakistan Tobacco Company. Mr. Omar Askari

Khurram has a proven ability in developing processes related to sales forecasts, planning & budgeting aligned to industry standards; evaluating sales process quality, potential operational bottlenecks and implementing various process improvement initiatives for enhancing operational efficiency. He oversees the functions of Sales with a vision and strategy that will introduce optimization in terms of efficiency and cost. He will also work on the Sales and Marketing strategy, develop and implement the marketing plan, customize and implement new products, packaging, pricing models, provide cross-functional communications, manage overall customer satisfactions and drive revenue growth for both new and existing customers. He also works on the digital initiatives & transformation alongside with the businesses to ensure the business stays on track with its objectives and exceeds targets.

Nausheen Javaid Amjad

Nausheen has been in the Government Service for 36 years and retired as a Federal Secretary in April 2021. She held many key positions in the Federal Government including the Chairperson of the Federal Board of Revenue, also being the first female to finalize the Federal Budget 2021. She spent majority of her time in the Inland Revenue Services and held key positions in the field formation and at FBR headquarters including Member, Administration, Audit and Information Technology. She played a pivotal role in improving and formulating the Audit, IT along with external and internal Communication Policies. She has also garnered vast experience of working with international agencies including IMF, World Bank, OECD, DIFD and HMRC. Earlier, she has been the Chief Commissioner and Commissioner of largest tax jurisdictions of Pakistan i.e. Large Taxpayers Unit, Karachi. Nausheen being part of the policy team of FBR has evaluated the businesses from tax revenue perspective including reviewing the operational and financial business models of taxpayers. She was the key player which repivoted the tax jurisdictions and carved out the Large Taxpayers Unit and has served there for more than a decade, was also the first Chief Commissioner of second Large Taxpayers Unit of Karachi. She is a certified director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and is representing Government of Pakistan on many important boards including, Pakistan Media Regulatory Authority, National Council of Arts, Academy of Letters etc. Nausheen is part of non-profit organizations including Parveen Shakir Foundation and has been an advocate of Women Empowerment and Diversity. To ensure advancement of women empowerment, she regularly mentors working women and fresh graduates.

Sarwar Ali Khan is the Director of TPL Trakker Limited, which has for over 19 years been a pioneer in the Telematics + IoT industry in Pakistan. TPL Trakker helps customers extract and turn data about vehicles and their use into intelligence that improves operations and safety while reducing costs and risks. Trakker provides reliable end-to-end solutions for individuals, commercial fleets, businesses and automotive industry suppliers. Sarwar started his career with Accenture, US where he worked for over 5 years. In 2010 he started working with National Bank of Pakistan where he headed the IT Department until 2012. On completion of his MBA in 2013 he was recruited by Samsung, Seoul to work for the Samsung Global Strategy Group which is part of the Samsung Chairman's Office. During his time with Samsung, Sarwar developed the detailed product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for Samsung's Smart Home business, assessed opportunities and identified new growth areas for different Samsung businesses to expand globally. Sarwar has created and implemented a predictive analytics solution for correlating driver behavior with propensity to file insurance claims which enables TPL to offer usage based insurance products for the first time in Pakistan. Sarwar has a disruptive mindset when it comes to business management, he has diversified TPL Trakker from a vehicle tracking company to an IoT solutions provider in just under 3 years. Today TPL Trakker has a services suite covering predictive maintenance, smart generator monitoring, fuel management, smart homes and digital App based solutions.
